My old HP LJ 1320 dont' print clearly even if a new toner was installed so maybe i will did the same as you.
what is the product you put on the heater at 9:51 ?
Did you clean the "grey tube" on the heater 10:04 or did you put a new one?

A used Fuser Film is not a fault, it is normal wear and tear of the consumable.
