Its also bad for our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health too. If you focus on the positive, whatever you are going through gets easier, and you can move through the "little dark cloud" of depression/anxiety easier. ❤❤❤

I really needed this. Right this very moment. I just beat a big big attack like 5 minutes ago that i was sure i was gonna succumb to, and in a frantic googling for a verse, he led me on a twisty path that ended at john 14:28. Which i interpretted as a direct message saying if you love someone, youll want what is best for THEM, not just you.
I'm getting back on my meds after taking my life back from addiction.
Thought processing can be a little silly at first, but, it can be done! 😊❤😊
