This is wild for a brand to do!! I can't stand Jeffree Star, but back when I got the conspiracy pallet, mine had stuff in the shadows. Customer service not only refunded me fully, they sent me 2 replacement pallets! It was the best customer service I've experienced.
That’s amazing they did that for you. I love hearing when brands go above & beyond to make things right… When the Thirst Palette launched, they restocked the Blood Sugar Palette at the same time. Everyone was ordering the Thirsty Palette but I ordered Bloodsugar. They sent me Thirsty palette. I emailed em, they told me they would send me a return label, I’d have to send back the Thirsty Palette & once they received that, they’d send me the Bloodsugar palette. By the time we were done emailing back & forth, BS was sold out. So they said they’d refund my money once the pallet was returned (I had pics showing what they sent me, packaging slip & email confirmation that I had ordered). I ended up keeping the Thirsty Pallet & ordering BS from Beautylish 😂.

This is so wild. I just got an order from a different brand where a couple of my art supplies were the wrong product from the name on the bags. I emailed the customer service and they got back to me the next business day, profusely apologizing and giving me the option to either get a refund or have them resend the right products. Even though it was genuinely an error at the manufacturer…like it’s literally that easy
@LCx829 considering they answered back my chipper inquiry in less than 6 hours, I emailed after 3 pm and tgey emailed back at 917 pm I'd say yes, the week they had to respond to my multiple emails connected to my missing order, and then them issuing me a refund within 24 hours of telling them I was going to my bank to have them reverse the funds I'd say that's MORE THAN SUFFICIENT!!

Glamlite addressed the situation yesterday on their TikTok story, and they also showed receipts. Based off the screenshots, Glamlite remained professional the entire time, they were also apologetic and refunded the customer. Regarding the “deleted” review, Glamlite mentioned that TikTok sellers are not allowed to delete reviews. As for the disabled comments, they said it was due to the high volume of negative messages that TikTok users were leaving them. Personally, I have never received anything other than amazing customer service from Glamlite, and the couple of times there was an issue with my order, they made sure to make it right. I’ve also met a few of their team members this year at a spooky event, and they are super sweet and very generous, they were even giving away products from their newest spooky collabs to people. I can only speak from my own personal experience but also considering the screenshots Glamlite posted, it really seems like the customer was spinning the narrative in a negative way, for whatever ulterior motives she might’ve had.
I want to know really one thing, did glamlite offer free return shipping for the items? She never said anything about that. So she throw out that they wanted them returned but she refused.. why did she refuse to return empty products??? That’s when I knew something was not right with this story.

@ElenaEnvy I placed an order they processed the order in 2 days and it was never received by usps. I emailed them over and over with zero response. So I went to the bbb and saw that all the complaints were incredibly similar issues, I didn't receive my order, glamlite is unresponsive, etc, etc. I came across 1 complaint saying I emailed glamlite from another email and they responded. So I also opened a claim with the bbb and emailed from another of my email addresses. They responded within hours. I didn't whine about a missing order, I just said all chipper when will my order ship??. So glamite responds around 9:15 pm I was livid at this point and replied saying I'm actually the customer you refuse to answer through my email contacted to my order give me my money back or I'm going to the bank to fill out an affidavit for them to take it back!! They refunded me immediately no I'm sorry. Then I said I'm posting all this to my youtube I want to give u every opportunity to change this make it right. it could just be early but unless we see a lot of others come forward about receiving unfilled products, it might be fake drama on OP's part. If it was a manufacturing error it would be for one or several batches of products not just her order and we'll see a lot of people complaining. Also it makes sense to delete the reviews if she's not talking about the actual product but rather complaining about her experience with the company, there's a time and place for each thing.

That is WILD to block and delete a customer with an issue!!! I few years back I had ordered flip flops from a shoe company called Oofos. The first wear out in the world, they snapped and broke. I was stuck out all day like that! When I informed them of the issue, not only did they refund my money - they sent me THREE pairs of new sandals in my size! I was FLOORED! I gifted a friend in need a pair, and I still have the other two pairs that I wear up to today! Talk about setting the bar HIGH, in customer service! Then you have my dealership, which was sold out and messed up my vehicle when I took it in for repair. Their "solution" to my negative (and DESERVED) review, was to call everyone and their brother - to write a "good" review, in hopes of pushing it down out of sight :( forget acknowledging the issue and trying to fix it . . . when you can bury it . . .
This is not surprising to me. After ignoring my bestie, who's order was extremely late last year, they hid her comments on Instagram and deleted her comments on other socials after she was getting no response in multiple emails. She finally wrote customer service after the 4th time that she was going to get the BBB involved or have her bank refund her since she is getting ghosted and ignored for over a month. Then boom, within less than an hour she got tracking. She never heard back from them but it just showed that they clearly read her emails and only acted when they were going to lose coin and get the BBB on them. It's clear these owners don't know how to be professional with customer issues. They just want to hear glowing ass kissing comments. So all of this is not news to me and paired with their treatment of poc creators is why I stopped purchasing from them. Shame because I was so happy to support a latina owned brand. But after seeing how they move, I just rather put my coin into brands that have better decorum.

I had an issue with Glamlite when I ordered the Scooby Do palette and lipstick and never received it. I contacted them they wouldn’t refund or reship and at that point I stopped ordering from them. I was waiting for my order and in the meantime they were releasing new products.
Thier licensed products are taking a toll. Coca cola collection 110.00 for 5 items. 2 pallets with eight shades each. 2 lip mini gloss cans with 3 looks each. And a highlighter. Basically you have 16 shadows. 3 once of gloss. And the highlighter. They had to do it to cover cost

I'm sorry but they look empty, as in used. When a container like that is filled, the stopper, which wipes off excess product when you pull out the applicator, is put in after. So an unused product should have a clean stopper. Her stopper is full of product and is dirty. Also, if the container was only filled with a little bit of product, the stick part of the applicator should not contain product. However you clearly see the stick part of the applicator is covered with product, nearly up to the lid part, so it's proof that the applicator was dunked into a full product. She is clearly showing empty used products so no wonder they are ignoring her.
That seems logical, but how could she have used up all the new collection products this quickly? I am not sure about the stopper, because if she opened and put the applicator back first, before filming the video, that could have made the stopper covered in product, as well as the stick that moved through it. Not arguing with you here - you might be 100% right, but just saying that's an option, too.

My mom ordered me the holiday sweets box for Christmas on my account. After Christmas, I went onto glamlite to check out what's on sale. I added a couple of things to the cart and was going to add the discount code to see how much the total would be and then decide what I wanted and didn't want. So I clicked the cart so I could view it, and it charged me for everything even though I never put it through. It also charged my mom's card because that was the last one used on glamlite. It's wild that their website did that, and they didn't even try to make it right in any way. I had to pay full price because it charged automatically and didn't let me put a discount code in. I had to give my mom cash for the order and apologize to her for their website, putting an order through without my permission
I hate to see brands go through this but I also had an AWFUL experience with Glamlite and I am ecstatic to see them finally being called out. FINALLY. Glamlite has been ripped to shreds on reddit for years and people have called out their awful, shitty business practices and bad customer service. Some of the things I read made my jaw drop and my own situation was bad. 😂
For context: I ordered the original Chucky collab with the purse, and heard radio silence for months. No emails with updates, NOTHING. The only way to stay up to date was to stalk their website. I find out there's a delay with the purse so the entire order is on hold and I would've been more understanding if they sent me my products and the bag after vs suddenly sending their products through CVS while people waited on their order for months. After the bag came in, I still waited weeks for my package. The palette is alright. A lot of their horror palettes do have a lot of crossover in color story and the lip products are basically a nude with a darker lip liner (and could be identical besides varying shades of, well, nude to pinky nude). I liked glamlite when they stuck to their candy/sweets gimmick but once they became super horror ip driven, their customer service became worse.

They haven't replied to my question about the shipment though. I only have the Nightmare on Elm Street lipsticks, I have no interest in beige lipstick, so Giselle saying only nude lipstick sell, therefore they'll only sell that colour at least saves me money.
Well, great, sighs! I didnt order a any of the new lip kits but I did an end of year haul that got damaged at the post office. I contacted them and they immediately got back with me and replaced my order. I have reviews Ive scheduled and now I have to address this issue in a video. I wish they'd just have left the comments alone and responded. No one thinks they were covertly doing things on purpose when it comes to manufacturing but deleting and blocking? Im disappointed. When you really think of it Glam lite repackages the same products for you to rebuy again, like when they do any horror theme. What do you see in the lip kits? It's the same lip kit that you're getting just different packaging if not very similar colors you already have from the previous horror theme packaging you paid for. And then look at their eyeshadows they're literally the same eyeshadow in different palettes. That's it! And that is what Jeffree Star is doing as well but yet people continue to buy these makeup products that they already have. They're just repackaging it and putting it in a whole other packaging for you to spend money on the same eyeshadows you already have in their previous packaging. Make it make sense
As someone who has every glamlite horror palette, thats not accurate. ive swatched them all beside each other, and not a single shade is the same with the exception of the black shades. and even those arent exactly the same. Sure, some have multiple grays. greens, and reds, but theyre all different undertones and shades. You don't have to buy them if you aren't interested in the color stories. But they are all unique to their collection. Same thing goes with their lipsticks.
I have all the horror palettes, along with several other palettes (and highlighters), and several lip kits, and none of them are the same… Granted, there may be a few shades that overlap, but the overall color story is 100% different across every single palette… Maybe you have time to reach into multiple palettes on a daily basis, but I don’t, so I’m looking at the entirety of the palette, and don’t care if a few shades are duplicated…
I’ve had a few issues with Glamlite, ordered two full collections, they sent 1 and took forever to get response, they refused to ship the other collection but was willing to refund. They wouldn’t refund the shipping or customs I paid for that second collection so I was out some $$$, can’t remember how much. Currently waiting a shipment, it was apparently damaged and returned at customs they have opted to reship but it’s been like 2 weeks+ and no update on that shipment.
The social media manager for the Profusion ig page blocked me bc i said it was weird for a makeup company to use reels with the demure sound from business stand point. Like, dont yall want people to buy all the colors and every line? Why would you use a sound(even sarcastically) saying not to wear much makeup? I tried to reach out to customer service bc i bought a grip from them and was a loyal customer. But nothing. So i don't buy their stuff anymore.

Watching her video. The tube was definitely not 100% empty like she kept stating I feel like you could definitely see a clear hole in it. But if the product is on the thicker side mascara do the same thing. It’s where the wand sits a bottle cannot be 100% full because the one needs room to distribute product to sit in the bottle like that’s how it works. There’s no way around that. And I feel like them requesting for her to send the product back so they can inspected is a total valid response. That way they could inspect it. See that there is an issue. See what line it came from what day it was. Made review the rest of that inventory, and quite possibly refund everybody , but she wanted to be petty and be like no I’m not sending it back. Give me a refund I feel like she definitely made the situation worse. And if I was a business, I would also block her because you’re just crying wolf and not letting us help. I was putting mine on the other day, probably was the 4th time I'd used it. Putting the applicator back in the bottle, it sounded so hollow for just starting to use it. I looked, the bottle was ⅓ full. I got the bundle, I wanted to keep 1 and give the rest to family and friends. I let my mom and daughter pick theirs, both ⅓ full. I kept the others, I'd be embarrassed to even gift them . Glamlite has ruined my order before, so I wasn't about to try to deal with customer service 😆

I am not sure about the stopper, because if she opened and put the applicator back first, before filming the video, that could have made the stopper covered in product, as well as the stick that moved through it. Not arguing with you here - you might be 100% right, but just saying that's an option, too.

My mom ordered me the holiday sweets box for Christmas on my account. After Christmas, I went onto glamlite to check out what's on sale. I added a couple of things to the cart and was going to add the discount code to see how much the total would be and then decide what I wanted and didn't want. So I clicked the cart so I could view it, and it charged me for everything even though I never put it through. It also charged my mom's card because that was the last one used on glamlite. It's wild that their website did that, and they didn't even try to make it right in any way. I had to pay full price because it charged automatically and didn't let me put a discount code in. I had to give my mom cash for the order and apologize to her for their website, putting an order through without my permission
I hate to see brands go through this but I also had an AWFUL experience with Glamlite and I am ecstatic to see them finally being called out. FINALLY. Glamlite has been ripped to shreds on reddit for years and people have called out their awful, shitty business practices and bad customer service. Some of the things I read made my jaw drop and my own situation was bad. 😂
For context: I ordered the original Chucky collab with the purse, and heard radio silence for months. No emails with updates, NOTHING. The only way to stay up to date was to stalk their website. I find out there's a delay with the purse so the entire order is on hold and I would've been more understanding if they sent me my products and the bag after vs suddenly sending their products through CVS while people waited on their order for months. After the bag came in, I still waited weeks for my package. The palette is alright. A lot of their horror palettes do have a lot of crossover in color story and the lip products are basically a nude with a darker lip liner (and could be identical besides varying shades of, well, nude to pinky nude). I liked glamlite when they stuck to their candy/sweets gimmick but once they became super horror ip driven, their customer service became worse.

Well, great, sighs! I didnt order a any of the new lip kits but I did an end of year haul that got damaged at the post office. I contacted them and they immediately got back with me and replaced my order. I have reviews Ive scheduled and now I have to address this issue in a video. I wish they'd just have left the comments alone and responded. No one thinks they were covertly doing things on purpose when it comes to manufacturing but deleting and blocking? Im disappointed. I'm going to hope they address this soon and get back on track.

When you really think of it Glam lite repackages the same products for you to rebuy again, like when they do any horror theme. What do you see in the lip kits? It's the same lip kit that you're getting just different packaging if not very similar colors you already have from the previous horror theme packaging you paid for. And then look at their eyeshadows they're literally the same eyeshadow in different palettes. That's it! And that is what Jeffree Star is doing as well but yet people continue to buy these makeup products that they already have. They're just repackaging it and putting it in a whole other packaging for you to spend money on the same eyeshadows you already have in their previous packaging. Make it make sense
As someone who has every glamlite horror palette, thats not accurate. ive swatched them all beside each other, and not a single shade is the same with the exception of the black shades. and even those arent exactly the same. Sure, some have multiple grays. greens, and reds, but theyre all different undertones and shades. You don't have to buy them if you aren't interested in the color stories. But they are all unique to their collection. Same thing goes with their lipsticks.
I have all the horror palettes, along with several other palettes (and highlighters), and several lip kits, and none of them are the same… Granted, there may be a few shades that overlap, but the overall color story is 100% different across every single palette… Maybe you have time to reach into multiple palettes on a daily basis, but I don’t, so I’m looking at the entirety of the palette, and don’t care if a few shades are duplicated…
I’ve had a few issues with Glamlite, ordered two full collections, they sent 1 and took forever to get response, they refused to ship the other collection but was willing to refund. They wouldn’t refund the shipping or customs I paid for that second collection so I was out some $$$, can’t remember how much.
Currently waiting a shipment, it was apparently damaged and returned at customs they have opted to reship but it’s been like 2 weeks+ and no update on that shipment.
I'm also waiting for a shipment were the package hasn't been delivered to the shipping company yet. I hope it's just because of a lot of orders.

The social media manager for the Profusion ig page blocked me bc i said it was weird for a makeup company to use reels with the demure sound from business stand point. Like, dont yall want people to buy all the colors and every line? Why would you use a sound(even sarcastically) saying not to wear much makeup? I tried to reach out to customer service bc i bought a grip from them and was a loyal customer. But nothing. So i don't buy their stuff anymore.

Watching her video. The tube was definitely not 100% empty like she kept stating I feel like you could definitely see a clear hole in it. But if the product is on the thicker side mascara do the same thing. It’s where the wand sits a bottle cannot be 100% full because the one needs room to distribute product to sit in the bottle like that’s how it works. There’s no way around that.
And I feel like them requesting for her to send the product back so they can inspected is a total valid response. That way they could inspect it. See that there is an issue. See what line it came from what day it was. Made review the rest of that inventory, and quite possibly refund everybody , but she wanted to be petty and be like no I’m not sending it back. Give me a refund I feel like she definitely made the situation worse. And if I was a business, I would also block her because you’re just crying wolf and not letting us help. I’m definitely blaming her.

I thought I was nuts until I saw this video. My tubes were ⅓ full, I bought 1 of each for Christmas presents. I planned to only keep 1, but kept 4 and gave 1 to my daughter and mom. Theirs are just as empty. I would be embarrassed to send these out.

I was putting mine on the other day, probably was the 4th time I'd used it. Putting the applicator back in the bottle, it sounded so hollow for just starting to use it. I looked, the bottle was ⅓ full. I got the bundle, I wanted to keep 1 and give the rest to family and friends. I let my mom and daughter pick theirs, both ⅓ full. I kept the others, I'd be embarrassed to even gift them . Glamlite has ruined my order before, so I wasn't about to try to deal with customer service 😆
