Yes I would. But very dependent on what job field you would like to target otherwise you can be frustrated. Most jobs are within Lisbon esp for English speakers

yes, this is actually the norm for most people in Lisbon. The commute to any of these places could be one hour give or take on the train lines

You can find some jobs in construction, in hotels, restaurants or as a nanny.
