In fact that would be wrong to say as we the Kacharis are the indigenous of Assam........All these transformations in the culture are just influence of Sansakritization, Brahminsim, or at large influence of the Satras.......Visit a Sonowal Kachari village in the remotest of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia or Dhemaji district.....and you would find the reality, the root that we all share Mr. Narzary........Jai Halali ......
As a sonowal kachari I agree with you. It's all influence of hinduisization by govt. Most of the sonowal kacharis were uneducated that time and so all these things happened. But now its time to go and dive into reality which is found in Lord Jesus Christ alone... Jai Lord Jesus Christ!!!

But I had never seen this kind of culture of them, dress and dance like this . But thanks to everyone ... at least you do to this point ...that's great 👏👏👏
