One of my favorite pianists, I saw him live in great Brooklyn and NYC concerts 1964. No question Rubinstein understood and had a majestic way of playing the polonaises and mazurkas, but my favorite was Horowitz superb renditions of this in 1967 and the great TV concert of 1968.

years ago there was a higher quality version of this concert posted by vladivostok1969 but it was taken down im hoping in the future it will be posted again

I don't know how I've never seen it - vladivostok1969 seems to have the same version as I do! Not sure if this is what you're referring to, or if there was an even better version that was taken down.

I think it must have been readded, as most of the comments are from 7+ years ago, and I certainly never found it when I was searching for the whole concert 2-3 years ago, yet know it is the top RUclips result.
