    Do you like to run?In 2010, I also participated in marathons frequently. I'm riding a lot now.

      I try to combine trailrunning events and family vacations, although sometimes it's not the best option. I started as an asphalt runner and then shifted to trailrunning. Do you have some injuries that stops you from running? As for me, I do)))

      There were a lot of injuries during the marathon. The knee cartilage ruptured, making it difficult to run.
      Riding a bicycle is effective for treating injuries.

      I have overuse injuries such as Achilles tendinitis and that's why I'm thinking of finding the right coach for mea (I have none at the moment). For two years I've been using Nordic walking as my recovery routine. Sometimes at summer I also took bike rides, 20-30 km maximum.
