I'm really digging your low-key plant tour videos! I mentioned a few videos back there's a bad audio loss issue when your phone video zooms in. I don't know what the issue is but your videos would be even better with good audio! Please take that as a compliment! I want to hear the plant names clearly and many times I can't - sorry!!
@@festerofest4374 Thank you! Yeah I noticed that when uploading this video, rly appreciate the feedback. Don’t know what the issue is but I’ll try to be more cognizant of that. Thx!
@@gemstatetropics9851 Yep 7b with likely 8a microclimates. This one was a surprise and I found something even rarer coming up. Lots of Richmond palm vids on the way. Glad to hear that, it’s been pretty average back East with mild spells although where I’m at in California for college had been warm as usual. Cheers!
@@palmplanetthe east is pretty wild, was just in 4b-5a Ottawa seeing my family where we had days with plunges below 0f and even a daytime high around 9f with basically no time above freezing for a week continuing to this very moment while Seattle on the west is still growing windmills fine
@@smurfysmurfsmurfz It’s crazy, I’m in Vancouver right now and tons of windmills. Totally different climates at the same latitude on the East vs West coasts.
Very nice!!
@@cincytropics This one was a surprise, awesome to come across it!
Awesome find, and yeah it definitely looks like it’s either palmetto or mexicana
@@quinnM1007 Thanks! Good to know
Looks good !
@Snoopypalms Definitely, nice palm. Thx for watching!

The leaves remind me of a Bermudana.
Gorgeous! Is that a zone 7 or 8 climate? Very mild winter here so far!
7b
Some parts of Richmond are probably 8A

The palmetto palm looks almost like the Amtrak Palmetto, LOL.
@@dmvarearailstransprod22 Ha yeah I see the resemblance!
