2016 Honda CRV Sunroof Glass Removal

Quick tech tip on how to remove the glass portion of the sunroof in a 2016 Honda CR-V for the purposes of troubleshooting and repairs. Should translate to similar years and would be helpful for other years and models as they are similar. Thank you. I needed help with my 2015 Odyssey and this was pretty much the same thing minus the plastic part. It was just 4 screws so it was easy!

Had to replace rock-shattered glass on my wife's 2015 CRV. Bought OEM glass unit and the dealer quoted me 3-4 hours and $600 labor to install it! After watching your video, did it myself in just ONE hour and it works perfectly! Only additional step was popping the little white trim screw seats out of the old frame with some needle-nose pliers and popping them into the new frame. I did this myself super easy - your RUclips video just saved me $600! THANK YOU!!
