As a Cincinnatian. We think cincy chili is amazing because it is what we grew up with and it something that was always fed to us by our parents and grandparents over the years. It just is completely different from normal chili. It really isn’t a chili. More of a meat sauce. You only eat it on things. ALSO, you have to get the little family spots like Dixie chili and empress chili. Not skyline.

portobello mushroom is the only mushroom id eat as my main source of protein compared to other mushroom + my way of doing it is season it first then coat with flour > egg bath> breadcrumbs and deep fry and u gt urself an amazing patty or u can cut it into strips and go to the same process flour > egg > breadcrumb deep fry n u got urself a mushroom fry
