    Hi Colin, Can you please do a video on eating LOWER sugar in recipes and not eliminating it altogether. Maybe do an experiment on one of your staff where you let them eat 1/4 the amount of sugar in recipes that you'd normally make and see how much weight they lose or gain. I'm curious as to if you can just LOWER your sugar intake instead of eliminating it altogether. Why??? Because I find erythritol and other fake sugars to be kind of disgusting I can't get used to the taste of them and they aren't satisfying at all and they just taste like I'm eating chemicals. Stevia is gross and I just can't like any of them. Anyhoo, Just an idea for a SUPER DUPER CHALLENGE to prove that LOWER SUGAR keto is possible or not. I'm not talking about all that ketosis crap I'm just talking about like a challenge to see if that's a possibility for some of us who hate fake sugars and would like to LOWER the sugar in foods not eliminate it completely. Thank you sweet doll you're amazing.

    Do you know the macros for this recipe, and do you list them for any of your recipes? I've just found your channel but I don't see any macros listed on anything I would like to make so far. I am enjoying your channel but the information would be helpful. I just don't have the time to look them all up. Thank you!
