I can definitely see why it said on the wikipedia “HEAP is shown in meltdown beside the other characters but is not described” it made me think that HEAP came from the abandoned facility where Hal and Flame caused a MELTDOWN and after nameless captures hydra, we see HEAP once again but this time damaged due to the destruction flame had caused and used all the remaining parts in the facility (including speedster and sentinel) and after HEAP was deactivated, the last part we see is the red thunder which (I think) is the part where nameless captures HEAP and becomes stronger

I haven't noticed this detail before, but... On 4:02 you can see this screen, right? It depicts H.E.A.P. absorbing Speeder and Sentinel. Then it absorbs Hal and... the nameless entity. I think it's HEAP sharing it's plan to us. It changed it's directive from just annihilating Hal to using Hal to defeat Nameless. But in the end it's power died. There is no reactor to charge it nor can it absorb generators from other mechanisms. Remember when the bunker's guardian was taken by nameless? I think it ensured that HEAP didn't last long.
Now, if the villains who redeemed themselves and tried to fix their past mistake are dead and the new hero's fight was over even before it started, then WHO would win? We know the unnamed one is a HUGE control freak. That's why it [DATA EXPUNGES] anything related to it and makes elaborate plans. The Legion of Order clearly can't be the winner. They're just too predictable for nameless. But Hal is chaotic. It's everywhere except under your attacks. Remember it's sign in the bunker? I believe there were numbers that implied we're not the only Hal. So I think in the end the heroes will mass produce Hal. Yeah, ours one is small and harmless. But when a flock of fish works together - oh hold on that's order - when an explosion occurs, the chaotic particles unite together to break the toughest materials. Multiply Hal by a thousand and the control freak wouldn't stand a chance

everytime when i see a next level the graphics and quality grows higher and higher and how creative each person make sthere levels and the attacks and character is perfect such an underrated indie game that the world should see to the fullest

If you notice this character's eyes look a lot like Hydra's, if this is part of the series, I have a theory that Hydra is dead and his soul has been transported to this character, that would be crazy right xD
Wish that was so but it's confirmed that it's HEAP from the level firewall. That would explain why he's trying to kill Hal since he's designed to kill hal.

Very interesting since this is somewhat implying that either something uncorrupted Speedster and Sentinel or Nameless just got bored and left them to die and that HEAP 2 seems to absorb/connect to different entities to control their power and seemingly even Nameless themselves meaning that our situation may not be so hopeless as it seems

2:14 - Boss
Recap...
1st ep: we got introduced to that one pink guy, which during the fight he interacted with a red energy vein, which took control over him... This energy vein belongs to Nameless
- We move next to Speedster
Ep 2:
We encountered and fought Speedster in a race track, which contains a prison holding a powerful being... Which ofc Speedster broke it accidentally trying to ram you
Ep 3:
The being revealed to be Flame, which she immediately attacked you for... Idk? But after things calm down and she realizes that you freed her. *It* attacks the both of you, using the captured first guy and the guardian of Flame, speedster, but with Flame's help, you managed to fend off the foe and earned yourself her apology
- Moving onto the Firewall..
Ep4:
H.E.A.P was launched, no idea by who, but it's programmed to exterminate you? Or just programmed to defend. Seems like it runs out of energy pretty quickly...
Ep 5: Xani
You met someone named Xani, who's with the Order of Control which summoned the being that attacked you known as Nameless, but it got out of control, seeing everything as dangerous and tries to control everything. Just before Xani could say anything else, his hands becomes infected, probably from the last encounter with Nameless. After defeating him, he rise up again, this time fully infected, but in the end, he did something which freed him of the infection, and he has a plan: *Release Hydra.*
Ep 6: Crystallization
Oh, the first foe you met had returned... Even after eating a full on blast by Flame, he looks pretty damaged... Oh? Seems like he's gotten new Crystal powers and.. oh he became a crystal... Anyway, let's move on..
Ep 7: The Reactor
You arrive at the Reactor thingy with the goal of making it goes meltdown... You then see poster of Speedster, guard of flame, Sentinel, guard of hydra and... You? Not having a guardian? *Are you the Guardian?* Moving up further... Seems like Nameless blanked out it's own infos... Oh hey! Flame's here! And she's making it goes meltdo- HELL NO THAT'S A NUKE YOU- oh ok thankfully you managed to escape, but the defense system tried putting up a fight only in the end when it stops, Nameless took it away... At least, we can reach Hydra now.. right?
Ep 8: The Sentinel
Of course... The guardian of Hydra, the Sentinel... You fought against it with success, but then the prison defense system activated, and started attacking you along with Sentinel, you were successful in defeating them but... Oh god Nameless took Sentinel's energy-less body away- oh flame's here and she broke the prison! Nic- WAIT HOLD O-
Ep 9: Chaotic!
You meet Hydra, the embodiment of quite literally insanity and chaos. He can shapeshift... Dang, he really shapeshifted into stuff from other series and games- but oh well, we've won. And escaped to the surface with Flame and Hydra
Ep 10: The Monster
Oh ok now wha- hold on WHAT THEY FUSED? OH NO NO NO WAI- ok you managed to hold on long enough for them to regain control. And... Inferno is the name of the monster that is the result of Hydra and Flame.. of which caused chaos upon the Order of Control. This is when you learnt: Nameless was summoned to incapacitate Inferno, but then it incapacitated its director... Now we have a fight, a rematch: Inferno vs Nameless... Just like before.. we lost, and Inferno got separated again...
Ep 11: Corrupt
No... NO... flame's corrupted.. and Hydra only got corrupted by her shortly after... You fought against them, holding long enough and then.. Flame seems to be still in there somehow? What now- HUH?? DID SHE JUST- ENDED HER LIFE USING ONE OF HER ATTACKS? Only Hydra's left now.... He seems to has been infected but he's regaining control! Anddd here he goes being infected aga- wait.. what? Something new? ... Then I guess we might have a chance! You survived against him unleashing his powers with joy, just when he was about to charge up a powerful attack it seems like.. *It* attacked, ripping away his strings of chaos, because in the shape split fight, few shapes were killed off.. which must've greatly decreased his powers.. Now all that's left is an empty shell... So you ventured back to the Core.. wait, what is that doing here?
Ep 12(rn): The Return and The Plan
H.E.A.P returned, badly damaged, it then shown an interesting ability... Absorption. H.E.A.P absorbed the old defense system of the core and used it to fight against you. It then throws the parts away and grew wings... Which didn't last long, so it fell to the ground- wait what? A screen shows a plan... Where H.E.A.P absorbs Speedster, which is lying there, broken. Seems like it survived the attack of Flame.. then the H.E.A.P absorbs the Sentinel? It's still alive? Not taken by Nameless? Then it'll have enough power to absorb Hal?? AND NAMELESS???
H.E.A.P did absorb Speedster and used it to fight against you, but malfunctioned mid way, which then it absorbs Sentinel and... The prison defense system is salvaged to fight against you with H.E.A.P one last time... You won, ofc.. it deactivated due to having no more energy... And it seems like, Nameless had won.. or had it?

According to the story, Namess kills flame and hydra. I think that nameless is the hero by doing that. there are two legions. Flame and hydra are part of the legion of chaos. while nameless is part of the legion of order. The world was created, by void keeper. However, the world will be engulfed by the void if we don't stop the legion of chaos. Nameless was created to kill Inferno and avoid the entire world to colapse into the void. So by doing this nameless is the hero. The characters like Heap and others are still alive because they are neutral or are on the side of nameless. They are not part of the battle, that's why Heap still lives.
BTW The creator shows me the work he is doing before the level is released. So I knew that heap is still alive before the release.

not entirely sure where you got this info, since if you've ever been in the official PA server you'd be aware that NAMELESS is 100% the antagonist of the story.
it's all good to come up with your own interpretations of stories, but it's a little dodgy to try and pass it off as the official story and act like you know the creator directly when doing so.

If nameless is the villain then It makes sense, It could mean that it's a lose-lose situation before the release of the level thus Making sense of killing hydra and flame. However, The lose-lose situation is turning into a win-lose situation with the death of flame of hydra. It's like a new chapter. Note: we talked about endless, before.
