So this is how this video came to be. Friend: Hey how can edit my Teams message? Me: Gives answer. Friend: Asks two more questions and says do you have a video that has all these tips? Me: DOH these answers are in 3 different videos. Time for a new video.
Well, I don't recall when this changed, but you can pin one message in a Teams channel. The strange thing is it does not pin to the top of the channel like a chat will. Instead you will see a green thumbtack icon letting everyone know it is pined. Rather than having to search all posts for the pin you can go to the channel details and see if/what is pined. Hope that helps.

Super informative! Sad that Teams doesn't have good options to use "Pins" in channels, outside of chats!
