Unboxing and test of a Cordless Combination Multi Tool - Parkside PKGA 20-Li C2. I bought it in Lidl for 49€ and it doesn't come with the battery and charger. This tool includes: drill attachment, multi-sander attachment, sabre saw attachment, multi-function tool attachment and some accesories.

I have two Parkside tools (a router and an electric planer). Until now I am satisfied by the quality and the affordable price was interesting. (Both bought in a German discount store (4 letters without naming it).
In Romania is also available exclusively in the same four letter store. All the Parkside tools
@@adrianiancu82 Well Parkside and Silverkrest are own brands of 4 letter stores so you can buy it only from there most of the times.

Needed to buy some accu saw for quick. Bought that and im glad i did. Didnt use other funcions, but saw is realy good.

@@MakeAndTest the first time they sold it in Italy was with the smaller battery and battery charger. I got aside the bigger battery for the telescopic chainsaw.

Thank you for the video, it shows in a very good way all the potential of this machine. I'm thinking about buying it and the main use will be as a driller and screwdriver for home use: mounting some furniture, drilling the wall etc. Although I like the fact that it has many other functions. Would you recommend it for that?
Definetly yes. The drilling machine is probably one of the most powerful battery ones. It outperformed my old Milwauki. Other accesories are a bit lame. The sabre saw isnt as good as the one in my latest video. That one is very good.

@@MakeAndTest Great comment, i wanted to say that performances of everything except drill/screw driver are bit lame. But still for DYI or Hobby good enough.
It looks okish, but it seems that you can't be to precise while working with them, for some fine work i guess each tool bought separately, than again if you don't have the space I guess this will do

ofcourse. This thing can handle even more difficult drilling jobs.

@@davidzee3755 depends - in some forms of concrete a hammer function will cause a lot of damage
Normal concrete will take it without problems but porous concrete will fall apart completely

angle grinder definitely do better job for sanding & cutting wood as long the cutting disc match with recommended rpm
Who the hell cuts wood with an angle grinder.
Most likely ParkSide is licensing this design from Black and Decker Matrix which has more accessories attachments.

These are currently on sale in Lidl UK. I'd look to the larger modern stores though, as they seem to have the stock. They're £40.00. They have a 2.0Ah battery and charger (as a pack) for £20.00. They also have separate batteries, including a 4.0Ah for about £25.00
They're available now at the same price that FH 78951 stated. I've just bought one, and one of the batteries. I think it's a decent bit of kit, looking at this video, although I bought the 2Ah battery with charger and therefore expect less available power (but I could always buy a 4Ah one; the batteries seem to be in stock nearly all the time now).
@@robynrox In case you would need a battery there are like 4 types of batteries from tools i work with so make sure you buy the right model.

Do Parkside tools last long? Heard they are poorly made and break easily.
They're a bit hit and miss. But they all have a 3 year warranty so if they do break you can get your money back.
@@LadyBovine Not 100% sure but i think the batteries are only 6 months warranity ...worths checking when buying.

Quite a versitile tool how did you rate it
For the price you pay it's good. It does the job. But if you plan to work with it everyday for a couple of hours, than this isn't the right thing to use. It's very noisey and it vibrates a lot. The drill attachment works very well and it's strong exactly like my Milwaukee.

is the saw blade standard or proprietary?
Standard sawzall and multitool blades, unless you bought the Bosch or makita Starlock multitool blades.
I don't think my Ryobi drill driver could drill through that piece of metal, and I paid about 80 quid for it, incl battery and charger, and it is terrible at driving screws. I think it all depends on the quality of the drill bits rather than the drill itself, cheap drill bits are no good, same with cheap screws.
That's why I always buy the brushless ryobi if it's an option, although if i see really cheap brushed stuff at a yardsale then I'd definitely grab that.
