I haven't played American Truck Simulator but this trailer makes me want to pick it up. I represent the Oklahoma Route 66 Association and there are a lot of landmarks in here that I'm very familiar with. I was just at the Binding Contract statue in Elk City last week! This looks like a terrifically realized representation of the Sooner State.

Be back in a few weeks, love the short drive from here in Texas.
The presentation videos are now all of great quality, also for the choice of music which I find very appropriate. I've seen the map of the cities, and it spreads very well over the territory, it covers the entire State evenly. Fantastic then many points of interest that you show in the video, I can't wait to be able to drive in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma we’re know for Oil field work, ranching, we have amazon warehouses in okc, bus factory in Tulsa and air conditioner factory in Okc. A lot of flatbed freight pipe for drilling.
This is a really great DLC! Would be cool if tornaders would sometimes appear in the background as a little special effect. Wouldn’t do much other than add to the scenery

Ive noticed a lot of commentary about tornadoes. What you could do is introduce distant tornados, these are tornados close enough to be seen but too far to reach, they could go through farmland for about 2-3 minutes before disappearing
Can't wait to pick up a few more states once there's a sale. So looking forward to being able to drive to the east coast and drive all the way down I-95 one day.

Thought it would be a great idea to have some more realistic truck HQs. Like gravel/dirt lots with truck parking....or make it look like an actual terminal with a building and truck parking. The current ones are so boring! Besides that, this looks great. I'll be excited when we finally hit the east coast in like 20 years 😅😜🙏
I agree, they are pretty lazy when it comes to detail. Like why can't we have a nice truck terminal with a large lot with our trailers parked outside. Why can't we open our trailer doors and see the freight like how we can see flatbed freight and also back into the dock door. They make nice cities and states but the fine detail needs to be moved up in priority.

With you guys getting now well and truly into the Midwest is there any word on overhauling the weather system? It feels weird having a realistic chance of rain for the Pacific Northwest and then getting massive regular thunderstorms in the deserts of the Southwest. Oklahoma and Kansas are subject to massive swings of weather going from extreme heat and humidity to massive thunderstorms. I'm not asking for tornados just a means of at least regionalizing the weather a bit.

Slovakia is a part of a DLC, so it probably won't be happening soon enough until the rework the entire part of base map countries
