My gums are receding & pushing my teeth on my lower jaw upward & they're not looking good or feeling good. I wish our insurance was a little better so I could get implants. So, I'm not sure how that's going to go, but I'm running a risk for infection & it goes right to my heart. It just hit us at a really bad time because we had to buy a new used car because we decided not to pay $4,300 in repairs for our other vehicle. 🙃🤪 I was thinking about you, too. That's a shame about your dad not realizing he had another birthday. Wow, he's the same age as my dad. Was your dad in the military, like in WWII? 🪖🎖My dad was in the Army for 4 years in WWII. I know what you mean about cleaning out his belongings & it's really hard. My oldest sister & I had to clear out the house when my mom died in 2010 & there was a lot of stuff of my dad's things & from my mom's. There were a few tears 😢 while trying to complete it. OH, FATHER, I had a laminectomy 22 years ago. I was left with a weak leg. It's been a tough journey. They gave you a brace, it seems, which I NEVER was given. It would have helped! I hope you heal quickly! I think you are on the right path. Ironically, it was a stray dog that I rescued that go me walking again!!!! RIP, my darling Slicker, who had roamed for a year and whom I spent 2 weeks slowly feeding him until he was in the garage where I was seated. I grabbed him, brought him in, and he slept for 2 days! You and Haru are now bonded by back surgery!!🥰

I pray yours goes better than mine did! 3 surgeries later and i am worse than i was in the beginning! Now they say i will not survive the surgery needed to correct the issues! 30 years of pain and counting! I wish you the best, and pray for better for you! Always keep your back in your mind! Because you cant do anything without increasing your pain when it comes to your back!!
I sincerely hope you get better soon. Haru is probably the only one right now who completely knows what you're going thru. Take care of yourself and only do what you can at the moment. Don't rush you're self.
