On this video we perform a depth test of our FGM 3 PRO gradiometer using as a sample target an M1 army rifle barrel.

Each individual FG M 3 PRO sensor is placed into the acrylic housing and encapsulated with a special potting compound, hense protected against environmental conditions and become fully waterproof. The housings are not sold separately.

Interesting. I am just wondering to what extent the FGM sensors are feasible for archaeological surveys If I understand correctly. the sensitivity of the sensor is around 50.000 nanoTesla whereas the sensitivity required for detecting underground structures is more on the order of picoTesla. But I may be wrong. Can you please give some insights into the feasibility of the kit for archaeological prospecting and surveys ?
Using the magnetometer kit with the FGM 3 PRO sensors you will be able to locate ceramics and stone walls with a clear increase of the values compared to the background. Ground voids may be sensed too, once the soil is mineralised and not disturbed, so the magnetic anomaly is strong.

Can the fgm pro sensor also measure 3 axis separately?
You can order 3 FGM PRO sensors and build a 3 axis magnetometer yourself. The sensors have to be physicaly alligned and a software will be needed to null the noise signal of magnetic north.

The sensors are sensitive enough for this application. You have to take the time to test and make changes in order to adopt the kit for your task

Where is the ground search test for 1m target?
Magnetometers do not emit electromagnetic signal like metal detectors. Magnetometers only read field changes. Therefore signal loss not occur due to conductive ground etc. We will have more videos and underground tests of cource. Thank you for your interest in magnetometer kit recently introduced.

This sounds a bit sketchy, because you do not show any field tests, nor do you show yourself on video. This sounds interesting, but what guarantee in there that the kit will produce any results? Can you show this actually finding anything in the ground. Do you have a paton number?

How do I transfer data to a sd-Card?
If you have more than five objects in the ground say about a foot apart it is going to pick them all up and you will have to dig a big hole this sensor will be useless in a field?
There will be a peak signal over the magnetic poles of each target, we have a VCO audio programmed for that reason

All magnetometers respond to magnetic field anomalies therefore only to ferrous metals.
Could it be used underwater and how far would it detect a car underwater
If FGM 3 PRO is sealed it can be used underwater. Range for a car can be around 2 meters.

Way hi is coming to magnetometer with treasure!? All wideos is like this....
We started the magnetometer kit once our UK provider passed away, we saw this as a part time mission to our usual bussiness, and the task was to accomplish and update the electronics of the original Speake & Co magnetometer kit.
But we intend this to be sold as a kit and not a ready made magnetometer. If our mission was to make it a ready made commercial product we would have the price increased 2-3 times, because we would have to accomplish other tasks like calibration, alignement of sensors, extra parts and a "proper" customer support, including videos of real life with an assembled, completed product.
The magnetometer is sold as a kit with all that means, if it breaks we will fix it, if you do not like it Paypal covers you. However there is a video in our channel of a customer from UK that assembled and tested. In the near future we will take the time to do such a test, but clear out that we as a provider supply kit and not allign the sensors inside a tube etc... this is the customer side.
