Moist and fluffy chocolate tea cake recipe. Easy and delicious with clean ingredients.
Detailed recipe as follow:
Wet ingredients
100gm oil
175 gm sugar
125 ml milk
Melt sugar with mixing. Add 1tbsp vanilla essence
Dry Ingredients:
Sieve 200gm wheat/ maida flour
3tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients by cut and fold method
Transfer batter in baking tin by lining it with butter paper, tap to remove excess air and microwave in preheat oven for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy.
