I checked the instruction manual and could not find anything meaningful that could solve your problem. I haven't had any issues with my unit but they do have a support site: www.dmofwhi.com/coffee_grinder.html Although there is no phone support, they have e-mail support: service@dmofwhi.com I ordered my unit from Amazon so I generally just work with them to get a replacement but if that is not something available to you. I give the e-mail support a try and see if you get back anything meaningful. Good luck!
Same here… I let battery fully die, then recharged. Funny cause when it’s on the charger it says 100% charges, but when off charger it says I need to charge it because it’s >20%… dumb
How do you change the batteries? Charges but does not last long. It has worked great for almost 3 years
