One Step From Eden - Shiso Kunai game play

Some game play of Shiso's "Kunai" load-out that focuses on building and
throwing as many ninja stars / kunai / shuriken...whatever you call them, as quickly and accurately as possible. A rather fun kit that is surprisingly effective as well. While any character can roll a Kunai build, this kit likely makes it the easiest way to achieve doing so. This is just the first floor of the dungeon. One Step From Eden, is a deck building / card battling action roguelike.
Outside of building your deck, of which you receive three possible cards to choose from at the end of each enemy encounter, you are primarily focused on combat. You also acquire artifacts in between certain encounters and from the shop as well. These can provide passive stat bonuses, give spells different properties, grant the player new abilities, and more. Outside of spells, artifacts are the most important aspect of One Step From Eden. Battle will likely look familiar to you if you've played a Mega Man Battle Network game in the past. I played the second title back on the original non-back lit GBA. It is two grids facing each other, the player must maneuver around the spaces on the board while playing his cards in order to defeat the opponent.
