I just purchased a V5 and am new to faceting. Still waiting to receive it. This was a fantastic overview of it operability. Really appreciate your detailed presentation. Thank you!
I had a 40 year old machine.Thank God that someone explained the v5. I have the SL. I think it’s called. I love it. Still getting used to it. I love your simple explanations.Love your shows. Jim
I had an old version. Recently I purchased Sri Lankan Ultrafacet FPSS2 faceting machine from Gemlapidary site. With my hand on experience it's faster and doesn't have any issues of over facet.
Please can you let me know how this compares with the Facetron? I am a novice and have only used the Facetron and am thinking of purchasing one. Thank you! 😊
Unfortunately, i dont know of any Dealers in Europe for UltraTec Machines. I also ordered my Machine directly from UltraTec at the time. In any case, you don't have to worry about the delivery, the machines are packed extremely well👍 UltraTec has a lot of know-how when it comes to Exports from the USA, they serve Customers worldwide. All the papers you need will be provided. An inexpensive Service provided by Fed Ex cleared customs for me. This saves a lot of time and makes everything about the import very comfortable. I can really recommend it to everyone. Otherwise you have to find a used Machine here in Europe, but very hard to find, because most Gemcutters worked for a lifetime with their Machines. Btw: Dealers in Europe also have to pay all fees customs taxes and so on for an Import. As a customer, you pay for them one way or another.

Hi Andy. Sorry to hear you didn’t get a call when you expected one. Please don’t judge us too harshly. Please do call into the factory on +1714-542-0608 8am - 5.30pm PST - ask for Robert Mendoza. Or alternatively drop an email with your questions to info@ultratec-facet.com. Thanks!
Thanks for your helpful Tip. Good solution! On my new working table i use a bigger 220V Power Strip with just 2 small Adapters(110V), it is more comfortable for me because there is only one socket in this area and i have multiple Lamps, Equipment and other Machines for 220V.

Hello I am left handed , what is your advice to me for buy left handed or right handed ultra tec V5 faceting machine ?
The best is to try both variants beforehand, if it is possible. I am right handed and selected the right handed V5, just my personal choice.
Buenos días me gustaría preguntar les qué diferencia habría en tallar en una ultratec a una jambpeg

Hi Susan, sorry, but I haven't had a chance to test a Facetron up to this point. Thanks for watching.

So, where in europe do you buy an ultratech?
I would love to avoid shipping, customs and taxes from US.

Nice machines, to bad they don't return phone calls.

instead of using multiple adapters just use one and an American power strip for 110 like your German power strip your plugging into for 220

Ugh! $5,590 for the machine only, add another $1040 for laps and polish. Wish I could afford that…
You lost me with the music introduction - 30 seconds of wasted time
