Had the game on as background noise to begin with but by the 2nd qtr I was invested thnx to Caitlin Clark. Ngl, she was giving me 2015 Steph Curry vibes w/ the way she was moving, shooting & dishing. Highly impressive player regardless of gender. And shoutout HVL too she was hooping as well.
Saibapunk Steph Curry has sent out messages about her talent. In regards to her shots from the logo, he says "it's not a bad shot if you make it", and she makes a LOT of them from that far out. Her abilities are INSANE. I never used to care about women's basketball, but this year it was televised more, and being an Iowa Hawkeye fan, we were enjoying the women's games more than the men because the men couldn't play consistently and win. The girls just went out and played. Caitlin has at least one more year, 2 if she wants to use her COVID year. In the off season, she trained hard and gained 8 lb. of muscle. She's 6' and weighs 150. Watching her run the floor is truly amazing. You can see the gears in her head working on both defense and offense. She isn't a ball hog either, her assist record proves that. I am really looking forward to the Final 4!! Go Hawks!!

He had coached Caitlin, Van Lint, and a player from UCONN in an international under 19 team competition so they know each other. That was the best game Iowa had up to this point in the tournament. We weren't physically beaten like when we played Georgia in the 2nd round, it was a lot of solid basketball, and unfortunately for Louisville, they had no answer for Caitlin. Too bad this will be Czinano's last year so I'm hoping for great things in the Final 4.
The Hawks just started playing with their food in fourth quarter instead of eating it. For people to say this was a good game, keep in mind Iowa stopped playing in mid fourth quarter to waste time n still ended with 97. If Iowa kept playing hard n fast they would've scored in 110s easily.

Whoa Clark was in Larry Bird territory, in the zone. She was way out, not even near the 3 point line on most of her 3's, a lot of those were logo 3's! I'm so old I remember when most women had a hard time even reaching the basket from 17 feet out. These women have evolved the game so much. Men have gotten better in the last 40 years but women overall have improved 5 times as much.
CC22 was outstanding. I read that Caitlin and Hailey Van Lith of Louisville were once teammates and roommates for the USA U19 teammates than won gold a few years ago. Great competition.
