Thank you for the Amazing story of Mother Kali. It must have been a really great satisfaction of giving life to two birds at Kali mothers protection. I never knew about this ritual and I always thought you sacrifice animals at Kali temples. I loved the small joys your wife sharing with you and your in laws. Visited Kalijai island few years back while staying at OTDC property at Barkul. Really nice place as experienced sunset on Chilika Lake as well.

We were there in Chilka for three yrs from 2000 to 2003....My daughter was born there...there r three temples near by .Kalijai .Narayani and one in Balugaon ( 12 kms from Chilka).It is believed that if u cover all three temples in one day it is considered to be very good
Yeah we covered last year, Narayani and Bhagawati temple along with Kalijai
We visited Puri, Konark,Satapada,Rambha, Bhubaneswar when we were on road trip to Orissa but missed this place.
First time seen you freeing two birds,😍 otherwise you are often seen cooking these in pressure cooker.😭

Beautiful place.In India many beautiful tourist places are there. But unfortunately tourism not properly developed many places don't know even. Thanks for introducing such places.

Aap Bhubaneswar tak train or flight se asakte hai, from Bhubaneswar take a bus or train to Balugaon and from there Barkul is nearby from where you will get a boat to reach Kalijai Island

Dear Srikanth, Kindly avoid leaving the plastic bags there... already the place seems to be keep dirty... no offence intended
I know you did not intend any offence, but as I have seen Srikanthji in the past, he always takes priority to keep the environment clean and he himself picks and stores the waste in his car, during his journey until he disposes it off properly. I am sure he must have picked up the plastic disposed by his Father in Law which might not have caught in his camera.

That right Alexander ji thanks for responding, yes when I noticed we put the bag there itself we went and took that up to put into a dustbin. We always give msgs to clean the environment and carry thrash bag in vehicle itself and many vlogs I covered the same but sometimes covering each small things doesn't come to mind..
