The School of Humanities & Social Sciences, Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth organized ICSSR Sponsored Two-Day Multidisciplinary National Seminar on the theme Navigating Change: Society, Technology & Human Well-being.
Prof. (Dr.) Nagendra Kumar, Professor of English, IIT Roorkee was invited as the Chief Guest and Prof. (Dr.) Divyajyoti Singh, Professor, Department of Literature & Languages, Faculty of Liberal Arts & Media Studies, J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology was the Keynote Speaker.
Dr. Anurag Kumar Pandey, Head, School of Languages & Literature, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra (J&K) was the Keynote Speaker.
Dr. Priyanka Lamba, Professor, Department of English, Dronacharya Govt. College, Gurugram, Dr. Poonam Poonia, Clinical Psychologist & Dr. Vidushi Bhardwaj Sharma, Professor & Head, Department of English & Corporate Skills Development, NDIM, New Delhi were invited to chair the sessions.
Participants also shed light on the themes Managing Change: Business, Society, and Leadership and Science, Technology, and Sustainable Development. There were several research ideas on Scientific advancements and their role in addressing societal challenges and various Interdisciplinary approaches to tackling environmental issues and promoting sustainability.
