I bought one a few months ago, use it a couple of times until it went completely out of charge, tried to charge it, didn't hold charge. Got a replacement unit, and I'm having the same issue. Not holding charge, I'm using the supplied usc-c cable, with an 5v 2a regular phone charger. Did you have any problems charging the unit?

Yes! It is a press and hold on the center button. If yours isn’t working maybe it is defective unit. I would reach out to support if you can’t get it working. Good luck!!
Thanks for your comment! I haven’t noticed that with mine. I assume you are referring to the compressor. If it is happening with the rocker switch in the off position I would reach out to the manufacturer to see about a replacement. Good luck!
Thanks for your comment! I was unable to get mine to charge anything with the single USB-C port on the device. According to the manual (m.media-amazon.com/images/I/B1ehw1ttoSL.pdf) it shows that the USB-C (#10) is the "input." Maybe we have different devices since you referenced multiple outlets. Mine is the BR700. Sorry for the confusion!

I having the same issue & it’s not butting air in my tire when using the air pump. It constantly saying out & took air out of one of my tires

This things self fires up while charging. So watch out where carrying yours!

Sorry to hear that! Check with the manufacturer to see if they will send a replacement. This seems to be a common issue with these devices
