My problem is that Brann is so unreliable when it comes to dispells. Usually, he'll instantly dispell it, but I wait a second to see if he will. If not, I'd have to use cloak or vanish or a healing potion. 4th spit, I got nothing.
It's huge if your class has a way to remove the spittle debuff either through a dispel or a root remover. Mages and locks seem to have it pretty "easy" compared to a lot of other classes. Last time I tried to do this was when I was 608 on my frost DK, been a couple of months since my last attempt.
I didn't know this challenge existed until a few days ago, I probably overgeared it at 635 ilvl because the boss completely melted with very few casts. The frontal still oneshot though.
Are you also one of those that bought his account on ebay and now ruins simple runs in content for other people cause he got no idea what he's doing? Do stuff yourself, learn from your mistakes and get better maybe.
Just proves how unfair this encounter is and totally biased towards ranged/pet classes. You have a massive advantage when compared to melee classes, particularly those with little to no damage mitigation and healing abilities.

I wish it was this easy on rogue. The melee white swings 2-4 times for 40% between casts. 2-3 swings or a crit and you are dead.
Melee in general have it so much worse here, and it feels like all three clothies take way less melee damage per hit.
Same as my 617 fury warrior his crits take 40-60% hp. Brann is useless to me. Heals are not reliable.
Don’t kick until end of cast and he gets less melee windows. He basically has no time to melee in phase 2.
