I recently moved back to Bel Air after 7 years in Florida. The traffic here was horrible when i left and even worse now. You can only squeeze so many people into an area before it becomes overcrowded. I think we're there!
Bel Air is i think a "Love it or hate it" Type place. If you love convenience, good schools, and nice downtown bar atmosphere, Bel Air is great. If you hate traffic and congestion and want a good deal on a house with friendly neighbors, and close to natural scenery and privacy, might wanna look elsewhere. I will say I do love supporting small businesses but the ones in Bel Air sadly dont seem to last :/ dosent help that Harco is very strict when it comes to business start up
Home values have definitely gone up over the past 40 years but there's still plenty of affordable homes around here if you know where to look! We've actually got a rancher hitting the market later this week for $375,000!
If you like that busy, city lifestyle then Bel Air might not be for you. That said, there's plenty to do around here and the city's less than 40 minutes away!
Southern PA area like Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, Glen Rock and New Freedom are very very nice! It's the new Harco without the crime and congestion/traffic plus much better deals on a home if you are buying. School tax sucks meaning property tax is High, but you still get a better deal on buying a home in PA compared to MD
Not like it was when I grew up here. My family is probably the oldest family in Harford County and Bel Air. We all gave part of our lives to Bel Air. I liked when we were known as Hazards Country on 98 rock.
The very oldest family would be the Norris family in 1690. The Streett family is another old family, they owned land near Rocks. It's a fascinating history, you're luck your family is part of it.
@@1972Ray thanks, yeah my family has been in Harford County since 1751 but do you know that my family has two sides to it. I’m third generation mixed and I am 64 now and my great grandfather hangs on the old court house wall. It’s used to be that everyone knew how we were. We are Bel Air.
Rocks State Park is pretty nice. Can go tubing, Eagle spotting, visit the King & Queen seat..."CAREFULLY"!! Bel Air still would not be my choice for favorite, not with the watery sights of Havre de Grace to speak of!

Love that I get to call Bel Air home … not my hometown but I love it here.
Welcome to Bel Air! We love it too. What was it that made you want to move here?
I love living in Bel Air and in town. So many different places to go to in town and have a good time. Support local businesses
Absolutely! Such a great community!
I’m third generation born n raised harco! Love this town!

Couldn't agree more!

The Bel Air Armory Marketplace offers a business incubator program that's perfect for small businesses to get their start!
Been here 42 years and way way to much traffic and people. House now are 800,000

the market is too high for the work available in the area.. bidenomics ruined this area in just the past few years.. @@leetessierteam
375k isn't "affordable" to everyone
@@leetessierteam$375 in Bel Air? I'm guessing it's a Townhome?
It’s good that homes are kept up n price up to keep the neighborhood nice
The fact that you didn’t mention bagel works is a massive L
Couldn't mention them all unfortunately but we'll have to go back and do a spotlight there too! Best bagels around!
I love bel air so much it is the best place ever.
Go hang out in Baltimore a few nights then tell me how much you now appreciate Bel Air 😂😂

I’ve never wanted to move out of an area more than I want to move out of bel air. Overpriced as hell for a not so great area anymore
Sorry you feel that way! If you're thinking about selling and buying somewhere else we'd be happy to help!

Good video I live in Havre De Grace but do visit often 😃
Thanks, we love Havre De Grace too! You'll have to let us know if we missed anything in our Havre De Grace town tour!

Should have shown The Hayes House ( oldest home in HC) and the Historical Museum on Main St.

Best brewery here is Double Groove!
Haven't personally tried it but I've heard good things! Will have to check it out next time I'm in Forest Hill!
Bel air got its first review, were that special 😂
We sure think so 😂
You can get anywhere quicker if you walk. Traffic is horrible!
❤
It's great if you enjoy congestion.
Sometimes it gets a little backed up at the lights but it's usually not too bad!
It’s being ruined by development. Traffic, traffic, traffic…
Don’t forget to visit Chicken Row
Thanks for the recommendation Bruce! Not familiar with that one unless you mean CR Wings but we'll have to check it out!
