I have the impression that only old radio microphones were good. Anything new is trash. Made so that raw capitalism could make money and humiliate the operator. Not to mention the slave labor of people in poor countries who do not have their own homes. Nowadays, even microphone cables break on their own (the sheath falls apart) after 10 years of non-use. In my opinion, a dynamic microphone also sounds better for SSB. Astatic crystalline remembers the AM times in the 1940s, it replaced a much worse (strong distortion) carbon microphone. Of course, there were no transistor preamplifiers in microphone stands in the 1940s. They were just microphones and the AM radio had high impedance due to electron tubes. It was very modern back then. Great job. Good health.
great vid, wish you were my neighbor.plethra of knowledge
Westinghouse es relays for elevator control would replace your contacts
