I have never believed in mediums, but a couple months ago i went with my mother in law, and this grown lady, told her things that were so realistic i couldn't have enough.. i sent my grandmother with out telling anyone and my grandma was so shocked over the crazy things this women said things that were so private that even me and my mom didn't know. I do believe there are people with this gift.

That should shut the mouth of the negative people who keep saying that he googles celebrities before meeting them. How would he know about the ladybug? The only trace of it is a costume on a private picture that was definitely not on Google. Also, capturing the essence of the person regarding their personality characteristics is not something you can find on Google either. Medium aspect aside, I can see Tyler is a beautiful and genuinely nice person. I'd love to meet him, not necessarily for a reading, but because I like to connect with other good souls and he is definitely one.
+Sam Sine This is on television, Sam. Things can often be set up to create a more interesting viewing experience. This is programming. I don't doubt that there are people out there that have certain abilities, but you can't deny how contrived the premise of this show is.
+BeLight Hi BeLight, I agree with you that most TV reality programs are scripted and set up in advance. I was not talking about the show in itself but I was referring to Tyler’s gift and personality. I believe in his gift but I respect people who think differently - unlike skeptics who, aggressively and sometimes insultingly, try to make their points which are as unfounded as proving that mediumship is a real thing.

I have been watching Tyler Henry and I find it all fascinating and he seems like such a nice person and very intelligent. Please don't throw out hate posts, but I was thinking that I have heard something called "familiar spirits" because I am a Christian and having "the dead" come back and "talk" beyond the grave in this way would not be considered Biblical. Conjuring up the dead through a medium in the Bible was always a negative thing and deceiving. What is equivalent to a clairvoyant, the Bible calls mediums or necromancers because they were actually conjuring up demonic spirits (though the spirit would act like the dead person like that Tyler is getting messages from) and God forbade this practice. Though I think he seems sincere, I do believe that Tyler can actually be getting "pictures" or words or whatever from spirits who have knowledge of the person who he is reading thus making i seem like that it is coming from a familiar dead person. The spiritual world has powers and capabilities that us humans do not nor understand. This is just how the Christian World View might look at this. It is VERY entertaining and fascinating...just trying to analyze this more as I come from a different background that's all. No hate here.

I... went on a date one time, and this guy randomly flipped the conversation to: I have to tell you something, there's someone here with us that wants to talk to you. He told me SO many things about my past and my present that left me crying and scared at the time. I never talked to him again because I was honestly scared, but I do believe he had the gift. How that gift works? Who knows! We don't know everything about the universe.

+Extreme videos I get that but he is trying to comfort her by offering a tissue. I watch Long Island Medium as well and she explains that spirit will clear up her thoughts and/or emotions so spirit can give messages. I would imagine its the same for him. Its not that he is not empathetic but he maintains his composure so that he can provide a good reading.
