How to be offensive in Germany: act like you’re hailing a taxi, but hail hitler. Everyone will know and everyone will hate you. (Hint, that’s not how you hail a taxi, it’s not even close to that.)

For those who don't know, in Greece it's one of the most disrespectful gestures and we usually say "Eat that" when doing so. It is something we will do to our friends for fun but they also might take it personally, so we would rather not. (Search "Greek mountza" in Google and go to pictures you will understand a bit more about it) Edit: for those saying how to greet someone in Greece, it's not wrong to greet someone by using your hand. When doing the so called μουτζια to someone you have to push your hand forward with force, usually pushing it using the other hand on its back, to show your disappointment, and you do it pointing your hand to the other person's face which is also disrespectful to other countries...
@m-mp2cohiii I'm also greek them is just a really rough translation cause pronouns work different for our language a more appropriate translation I think would be "eat that"! But φάε τα or φα τα is in the literal sense "eat them" (as a plural of "it")
For those who are confused, the palm generally means "eat shit" or you do that to someone when they're being stupid. We often say "na!" When showing the palm and in greek its called μουτζα(pronounced mootza) which im pretty sure its not a greek word but anyways
For those who don't understand that with Greece: The open hand implies that you are not impressed and want to be left alone. It's like the 'Talk to my hand'- thing.

@adi1axel1 moutza is not the same as a high five, like I said to do the moutza you strech your fingers out while in a high five your fingers are loose :)
@@g-8buenviejolucenesio826I'm grrek and in here it's not like that- If you put up you hand like this "🖐️" and wave it right and left then it's like saying "hi" This video is not telling the "👋" it's telling the thing that us Greek call it "μουζα". If you have the time go search it up on Google and then pictures to see what it is.
For those who do not know the open hand (μούντζα in Greek) symbolises the 5 senses and when you do that to somebody it’s like telling them to loose all their senses and basically die😭
To clarify, it is not offensive just putting up your hand like that. Fingers have to be evenly spaced out and you have to move your head towards the other person. In the scenario you wrote about, no Greek would be offended.
For information, in France it isn't a bad thing, it just means "ok" but it can be only used with friends otherwise it can be taken like "okay I know, stfu now and leave me alone"

True
To clarify, it is not offensive just putting up your hand like that. Fingers have to be evenly spaced out and you have to move your head towards the other person. In the scenario you wrote about, no Greek would be offended.

For information, in France it isn't a bad thing, it just means "ok" but it can be only used with friends otherwise it can be taken like "okay I know, stfu now and leave me alone"
Or, as an a$§ hole.. cant change m'y mind cuz im a pure french, 0% origins
