Ever since day 1 I always thought Haywyre produced really good music, I believe one day he will be widely recognized by his great songs. I honestly love the way he plays the piano
This EP is pure art. Best has got to be Square One. It’s just got this attitude to it i can’t explain. Was cool to see Dan play a Haywyre track in last week’s COTW to honor his return to producing.
I swear you need to stop making the performance versions so good cuz I miss them everytime I listen on the album. :'(

@@SuperKillerChannel00 Its pretty much a jazz meme where that specific sequence of notes is so common in jazz that it has become a running joke. People play it in their solos all the time. Just watch the video that was linked and you'll understand.

It's probably just me but "Tell" me and "Storyteller" single versions seems better than EP ones, but overall so worth the wait 10\10

Deserves so many more views. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to this. Please don’t ever stop haywyre your music is so unique and pleasant to the ear. Easily in my top 3 artists and this EP was one of the best things to come out of 2018.

I think the fact that Mr. Vogt is using a vocoder coupled with years of piano experience to be able to sing. I don't know if you can sing, Mr. Vogt, but if you can't it makes this all the more beautiful because now I can sing to my electronic music, which I've felt weird doing for so long until now.
You re soooooo soooo great man! Your production, skills. Everything is mixed as it should be. When i usually play your tracks in car stereo it all sits properly where it should, every tone, stereo image is great. Every melody is somehow eternal. My opinion is that you re greater than most of producers nowadays.

I'm hoping by the time we get a full album, haywyre have mastered knowing when he should be singing and when to let his keyboard sing for him. Still a masterpiece though.
Mostly in regards to storyteller, felt like having the middle part completely void of vocals and using and the beginning and end or would be better. But my favorite genre is future bass

Well I can already hear some differences in his song "Tell Me" in the piano part.
@@jaryn683 Every one of them, there're slight changes in certain parts.
All 3 videos were live performances as I remember. (Mostly live vocoders)
So, the most difference is in sound design.
Which is nuts.
Also live performances aren't better pitch-wise this time.
I'm pretty sure he improvs a lot of the licks and solos so they differ in the live versions of his songs
