I have a Model 3. I think charging at home is super convenient, and I have 2 gas stations a mile from my house. You want a Level 2 (220V) charger. I like putting them in the garage close enough to the door that I can charge either inside or outside the garage.
@@surferdude4487Yes, but to be fair, you'd have to throw in a very big generator and a whole lot of fuel . . plus a fast sports car, a gaming console and a TV.
Great video. Important to clarify that the tiny rust spots are just external surface contaminants (i.e. not coming from the CT stainless which is not affected)
You guys are just down the road from me. I put a Cybertruck on order right when they came out but still waiting in line. I ordered a Model Y yesterday so excited to get that and join the EV world. I'll be looking to spot that truck around town! :)
The surface of that truck is a beautiful steel, but I would embrace the natural wear and tear over time. As long as the structural integrity is in tact, a few scratches, dents, and spots would build a unique character to it. The cybertruck is a beast, so I'd embrace the beasts battle scars!
"Be kind to every kind" , cool shirt logo. Build quality looks really good in this truck perfect panel gaps . Well if it can bring a 4x4 bale in the back ,like hello, just take my money !!. Cool farm , cool dude owner , and oh boy , Emma , what a sweet lady . Electric trucks are very suited to farms , with the massive potential for onsite solar panel deployment . Congrats Kim , on feeding your first bale of Hay.
Bro that cow is so smart that it can sense the Cybertruck is something special. I have never seen any animal get curious and attracted to any vehicle before like that.
I still love it and can't wait for it to come to Australia. But how many posts do you see complaining about fingerprints on their SS fridge . It's a truck 🚚
It will last forever never being fully discharged and never needing to be fully charged. Along with powering the farm for a week!! No noises from a big ol diesel thumping away, more pleasant for the animals and farm neighbours….. the room for solar on a farm aswell as availability of tractors, telehandlers, Tesla semi and probs soon full electric combines etc then the trade will be a lot better off, create its own energy and not have the massive diesel expenditure with simple equipment that needs next to no maintenance
Why do you think fleet customers will be uninterested in Cybertruck? They're the ones most likely to look at TCO and realize it's not expensive for the utility it provides. Once the Semi program completes integrations to fleet management SW, Cybertruck is going to become a very appealing option for fleet customers.

So you're going to have to regularly check and clean the entire body of your vehicle, every single square inch, to ensure rust doesn't propagate. Does that seem like a benefit?
I get so annoyed when people talk about steer by wire when discussing turning radius. Steer by wire does not affect the possible radius it’s only perpose is making the yolk usable
why does this video have just 40k views and why did I get it recommended after 6 days of it being out when I have watched all the cybetruck content to ever exists.
I want to see how they connect those "9 Powerwalls" worth of battery to their home. Via a generator inlet to their breaker box? Maybe Tesla should include a can of Rust-Oleum with the deliveries…?
I am stock and reservation holder: I dont want the CT with this price and specs... Give me promised Vehicle! improvements: tire change without jack: "lifting one leg", 500mile range, 70-80k$ vs 120k, outlets in frunk...
So the people who wrap their trucks are going to end up having surface rust turn into cancer if not "buffed out"? Lol Isn't a wrap going to trap moisture under it? Am I missing something or am I seeing a future problem here?
It's not the vehicle rusting. It's steel particles in the air, from railroad trains, and brake dust from other vehicles. The steel particles stick to the Cybertruck and oxidize (rust). It does not affect the Cybertruck stainless steel panels.

I ordered a CyberTruck for my farm. Full size bed. No paint to scratch. Tons of torque. 4wd. Charge on the farm. Range is a non-issue. Dig it.
How does the Cybertruck compare pricewise to a similarily powered John Deer tractor?

@@davidmenasco5743 It's a bit of a trick question. I don't think that John Deer sells a tractor with over 700 hp for any price.
@@fjalicsdoes your electric bill go up?
Good to see the Cyber Truck being put to use as an actual working truck. Videos like this makes the Cyber Truck more appealing to other truck owners.
The bull was the most fascinated by the Cybertruck. I think that’s a good omen. LOL
"He's a Tesla bull" Lolol
Hay.
Great video. Important to clarify that the tiny rust spots are just external surface contaminants (i.e. not coming from the CT stainless which is not affected)
Great point!
😂😂😂 for the UFO graphic when the cows were checking out the Cybertruck. Major bonus points for that one 👏 👏 😂👌.
Love seeing the truck being used!
What a breath of fresh air, actual use of the truck. 😊
That isn't farming its a rich couples back yard full of pets. Such bullshit people accept nowadays.
This is my favourite Cybertruck ever! It’s gotta be the happiest one ever. Better yet, it has found love too, Felix the Cyber bull 🐂 ❤❤❤
Wow! What a UNIQUE video, great job Kim & PJ! I really love this video!
This is why I bought mine.
Well done Kim, that was a great video! You look a natural on the farm!
Top 10 Kim Java video. World class!
*As we all saw, the CyberTruck is Bull approved!*

What an awesome video- quickly becoming the most interesting Tesla channel on YT
I love the thumbnail. Love the creativity
Thanks for showing this perspective!

The Bull favors the CT,..!!! Go Tesla.
Great and informative as always Kim!
The rust spots are called " industrial fallout "

The bull got enamored with the Cybertruck because it realized it's real and it ain't no bull. Most people who see it in person feel the same way.
This was quite the fun video to watch Kim!! Great stuff!

My new favorite episode
Happy to hear. Really enjoyed this one as well!
that longhorn has some taste of Cybertruck. LOL!

it just looks so good.
Great video Kim!
Love the T shirt in the end scene.
I bet Elon never thought the Cybertruck would be a farm vehicle. hey, pretty cool. Yes hey.
Bet he did.
You've got to be kidding! Elon didn't think a truck would be a truck? The man who designs from first principles? Wow!
Love it!
This was fun!
Kiwi Econet is a sustainable replacement for that hay bale plastic.
I'm saving for an airplane...but damn, do I want a Cybertruck!
He could use Bar Keepers Friend on the doors so they match the color of the other panels.
You go cowgirl! I think the cows are in love with you!!!
Awesome, Suzette and I love BEST RUclips video Kim…and John….We have our VIN 1414 and waiting for our Delivery Date.
Mooooo! Great video Kim, thanks!
The UFO vs Bull is Real! They know what's up!
“Buffer it out” 😂
I can’t believe you were 50 miles from my house on the Rainbow River. I would’ve loved to have interviewed you from my RUclips channel.
The bull likes the Cybertruck so... All in TSLA?
Farm trucks get the crap beat out of them. I'll be interested to see how the Cybertruck stands up to real farm use.
The Cybertruck is the reason why I will always love Elon. He dares to do something different while everyone else just wants to fit in
Fantastic👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✌🏻
Cool
Remember Remember do not use any SOS or steel woll of any kind. Small pieces if steel break off and then oxidize on the S/S. That S/S can not rust.
If it's gonna rust anywhere, it will be in FL...
Bi - Directional charging, and hay loading...😅
It's bullet proof AND bull proof!🐂
Cybertruck excites Tesla bulls 😁
Make a video with a gooseneck trailer loaded with Angus cattle!

Now a camouflage or even better a Safari wrap would be perfect for the environment.
Kim did you sit on glass roof like the Rivian Lol.
I would like to see the range result after you put on smaller alloy wheels and low rolling resistance All Season tires.
Can I get a link to those Wheel centercaps?
a farmer in my neighborhood got a CT to haul his toys and RV for fun but not for farm duty.....yet
what is kwh/mile at 30MPH
What the zero to 60 with a bill of hay. That never been done before.
Little bit of carbon in the steel will give you some surface rust, but plenty of easy ways to deal with that.
The tiny rust spots are external surface contanimants (i,e, not coming from CT stainless steel)
I get so annoyed when people talk about steer by wire when discussing turning radius. Steer by wire does not affect the possible radius it’s only perpose is making the yolk usable

Don't use barkeeper's friend too often. It takes off a small layer of the metal each time it's used.

It really needs more range for that price. Need solid state batteries or some new battery innovative
Needs a 2 seat longer bed version
He does not need to name the truck. Lol

The tiny rust spots are only external surface contaminants. The stainless steel is not affected
9:57 Brand new car and surface rust.... thats not an issue, thats a premium feature..... What ever keeps people happy :)
it's not surface rust, it's particles from external environment like rail

surface rust is rust
