The Oracle saved Neo's life again by sending the kid to give him A Present. Instead of getting Agent bane/Smiths Knife... he received the Oracle's Spoon.
Also when you look at before and ahead, Smith's doing in the Matrix created disturbs in the code that coulnd't be read accurately. Link saw it at the beginning of Reloaded before telling Morpheus Neo was doing his "Superman thing" and then of course got so bad the Matrix was unreadable at the start of Revolutions when Sparks and the operator of the Hammer where looking at it. The operator of Bane's ship probably had no idea what he was looking at.
I always thought they were trying to get Bane out in anyway possible, in a vain attempt to save him... Even though Bane was so close to an agent maybe there was a chance to save him.
It's scary to think that your personality, your ego and essentially, your soul can be translated into the machine. And a program in said machine can override it, thereby completely erasing your soul.
Survival of the fittest doesn't really apply to all modifications, because sometimes the idea of what's better isn't replaceable because it's independent of times, the better would be an absolute sometimes. Sure there might be overthrowing and pushing downs that happens but it's not always in flux or shifts, maybe the most suited would hold relevance to times and the conditions of entities that dwell but better is usually an absolute concept irrespective of the periods. Programs hack programs but what about the ones being programmed? They play in it and they too cause an affect with the programmers. Abnormalities and normalities are just a matter of slight variation, like small ones and noticeable ones that blend in or stand out. Regardless of that, each creature posses will and uncertainty in them, that brings about chaos alongside the order. Too much order is tyranny and too much chaos is anarchy, abnormalities preserve chaos or uncertainties, nothing is ever meant to do what's fixed for it, it's only according to what it's made for and what's it coming to contact to. Purpose is there, occurrences are there and then there is situations faced, different types of occurrences lead to different paths where the roles often alter or gain another layer, as long as they don't get too departed to the point of falsity and inauthenticity. There is still constants in modality, to be in one way is often coming with the cost of not being in another way. I suppose that's probably equitable
He probably didn't have the strength to resist. We saw Morpheus helpless when Smith attempted to assimilate him in the backdoor hallway, and even Neo could do nothing but stand still and keep gripping Smith's arm before he shook it off.
You're absolutely right. Bane was the last one still jacked in with agents closing in, and so their operator should have been watching him like a hawk. Bit of a weird plot hole, but if it took me almost 30 years to notice it then it's not a terribly big one.

They were able to read agents, but Smith was no longer an agent. Code got disturbed, became unreadable. And as the original Bane and his buddy were already fleeing, and up until that point seemingly succesfuly so, the main priority was to get them out. Would you not call to get your friend out of the Matrix, only because some code got disturbed and became unreadable? I think most people would still try to safe their friend. And that is what happened.

There's something that always bothered me about the series. How do they take things with them from the matrix to the real world, like those computer chips or whatever those things are?
They only explanation i can think of were its could be possible. Morpheus tells Neo they have a program where they can get whatever they want or need. Like Guns for example. They sit down get jacked into their own program. Get guns or what not,them they get transferred into the matrix. In this case these guys,they were in the matrix,they pick up the phone and go into their other program. Inside the other program they then can download what they need into the real world. Hope it makes sense

i have to admit since the matrix trilogy is practically based on Anime shows, how you edit these two scenes emulates the details they explain in an anime scene, kinda like this scene from One Piece ruclips.net/video/nR7ftToE8zk/видео.html you might figure out what i mean in that video i pasted at 1:31 to 2:02 and mix it with how the matrix video up above is edited, i mean i watch anime all the time and they do scenes like that so we get a better understanding
From this short you can clearly see, that the REAL WORLD in the Matrix is not REAL but just another matrix. And the Train man's world is a tunnel between them. For that reason, neo is able to control sentinels in the "real world" it is not a real world, just another matrix.
