The only reason why I stuck around was to see how many times he would say that he didn't have to remove the door panel.

    MD!!!
This works for a 2013 Nissan Rogue also. All on youtube wanted to remove panel and glass. Stumbled on your channel started laughing because I knew there had to be a better way and I was right. You are the man!!! Anyone that complains that you did not do a good job deserves to pay the big bucks. Thank you. It is good things like what you have done that will get you that mansion in Heaven.

THANK YOU!!! This worked perfectly in 2013 Nissan Rogue with smart key entry. I’ve removed the door panel before and it’s a pain. Thanks to you this was a 15 min fix.

Could you please explain what does that star 30 screw you undid in the side of the door undo? I know it must secure the right side of the handle somehow...the left side of the handle has a screw inside to attach the wire to..

Thanks, I wish you showed more about the black panel that hides the wires on the handle, took me like 3-4 views to understand what you meant. But after I got it super easy to do, thanks.

ok so with the smart key button, does the new handle come with one or did you have to use the old sensor? reason i ask is because my smart key button doesn’t work on driver side so i’m wondering if i can replace the handle and be good.

Ok so my handle isn’t broken off but I can’t turn the key and I’m worried that if the key dies one day I for sure won’t be able to get in my car. What should I do? ( I have an 09 Nissan Maxima, same handle).

If there isn't a keyhole that is visible on the cap located to the right of the handle you pull on then the key cylinder is hidden under the cap and you just pop the cap off to gain access. I'd imagine there is instructions in the owners manual explaining what to do in that situation if review them but are afraid you won't remember them and assuming you keep the manual in the glove box, you can always snap a few pics of the instructions with your phone so you have them available whenever you may need them..

Hello friends I Nissan Murano the problem I have is the lock on the driver side does not lock but all the locks lock

    • @nothinbutlove215

Hopefully you figured it out by now. Just incase you didn't, I would start by using a volt meter to check if there is power going into the lock actuator when you hit the lock/unlock button. If there is and all the connections are good then replacing the lock actuator should fix the problem. If it isn't getting power check the fuse and relay for said door if they are functioning as intended you'll have to look up wire diagrams and check all the wires and harnesses between the actuator and relay...

I just have one question. Do you have to remove the door panel or not?
