Looking at the BBC version of their documentary, it seemed like Euaerin was to be replaced by Hyuna, because of her attitude/work ethic etc, but in the Festival version, it's revealed that Jaekyung was in a relationship with a manager, so I just go off that. Hyuna - Jaekyung/Kyungri - Bini/Sungah - Rana. I digress a little, but I felt really sorry for Bini/Hyebin, as she wanted to put in work. Her voice seemed to be fine (Ladies/Her short solo at Seoul Train in Japan) but No Playboy really made it seem crap.

It did seem like it was edited to look like Hyuna was going to replace her, but clearly the stuff with JaeKyung was something that couldn't be ignored. I've only read comments from people who have seen it, so it's purely speculation from my pov. If I remember clearly, there was a car accident they were involved in, and some people including JaeKyung, were injured....maybe that was a good time to let her go and Hyuna to take her place. On the other side, clearly, Erin couldn't put up with it anymore, so she left for Japan but was influenced to come back just before 'Figaro'.
