Hi loves! Hope you liked this video. if you have not seen the previous video which I filmed a year ago which was unpacking and testing of this steam cleaner 😀 here's the link for you ruclips.net/video/KTk5cCpqOFM/видео.html
Thx i just found that cleaner in lidl. And i was looking for a review. I wil subscribe. I think i can learn a few tricks if i watch your videos. . I am not good at cleaning lol
Hi Malika, thank you and welcome, and hope you will like it here, I have filmed more than 200 videos already, hope you will find something helpful. Also always feel free to ask I'm monitoring the comments for better community connections 😉
Hi I like your review for this product and I am planning to purchase 1. I would like to suggest if you haven't tried soaking the small microfiber cloth in a hot water with dishwashing liquid, baking soda and vinegar? I hope it will help.. I'll be watching the unpacking next 😄
Watched for general information on how to use my new steam mop, was surprised. All mysterious tools included were concisely explained and the use of microfiber cloths with hair ties is inspiring. First use will be a definite slog but the major worries have been allayed by your clear demonstrations and recommendations. Thank you for uploading your invaluable instruction.
They’ve removed the website you can order additional cloths from out of the manual so thanks so much for including!! Just got mine in and love it so far!
A very important bit of information is -How often do you use it? How often is 'regular' to you? It's fine and well keeping it for 1 year but it doesn't mean anything if you only used it a handful of times. I have read many reviews on this steamer and people say it broke after a couple of uses. It seems this is the case for many steamers in the £15-£120 range and it's pot luck whether you get a good one. I'm going to take the risk already and buy one. I do need a steamer but I don't want to spend £200 on a heating element and watertank..
I understand why you ask, regular is different for everyone the same as clean is different for everyone. When I first got it I was using it every week, then I would only steam mop weekly, use it to clean windows three or four times per year, seasonally deep clean kitchen and bathroom. It depends. Definitely not using it evey week, if you meant to ask this. Also some of the brushes wore off after much scrubbing, especially the one for grouting. It looks weird but still working😆 at the same time I never used the carpet attachment, because we simply don't have carpets😆😉
Absolutely fantastic tutorial, well done, I just bought one & can’t wait to put it to work now. Ps. Maybe slow down your how to for the older folks like me, finding difficult to keep up, many thanks, great job 👍🏻
I was checking a slightly different model today, and your review just came up. Nicely done! I must say I was impressed by your thoroughness of cleaning, and the simplicity of your presentation. Thank you for sharing! 😉
Thank you very much for one of the best informed intelligent videos, your ideas regarding the extra cloths needed are brilliant and appreciated and the best one is the work we need to do also as we are all under the dilusuon the steam mops do all the work! Again, thank you 😊
Hi Clara, thanks for your comment! I'm so glad that you got my idea about house work. Yes, cleaning is a job and gadgets make it easier but we still have to do it ourselves. Even after robot vacuum I have to clean some corners🙃 there's no magic in homemaking. I'm trying to find a way to make it easier and share what works for me. HAPPY THAT YOU ENJOYED the video 😉
I would always clean and disinfect very thoroughly first with on set of cloths and cleaning tools. I would steam clean a clean area. I would then clean and disinfect with another set of cloths and cleaning tools. After this yearly spring clean, l would keep on top of it. Little, but often!!!
Hi! Thanks for the video. I bougjt the steamer for a "safe" cleaning way but especially for the windows. But I was a little bit upset when I saw that it didn't do the whole job as I expected (it let water stain). So I wondered if I was doing smth wrong but I'm glad to see that the problem is not coming from me :) I just received my steamer today, I certainly need some time to learn how to use it :)
Hello and welcome! I'm so glad to hear that the video was helpful. Learning is always good, and knowing some tips is convenient. I was also expecting that the device can do magic, but no. We have to help it little bit 😆 just try different ways for the win!

How long does the water last? Your pads are clean because your have a beautifully clean house and floors.. Dirty floors make pads dirty, im a housekeeper and use kne every day.. and the pads don't stay clean whilst using them.
It depends. To properly mop the kitchen I fill it twice. But if doing this regularly once is usually enough. I have clean house because I clean it, but the biggest secret of my clean floors is SHOES OFF !
Fantastic video, thank you! It might be a silly question, but I was surprised to see that you still used the standard mob after steaming the tiles and not the mob function? I was hoping to ditch the normal mob once and for all … is that unrealistic?
Thank you for the sweet comment, its not silly at all. I made this video for demonstration, so No no, it's realistic, sure you can use the same device. I did so because the grouting was very dirty and I knew the steam mops cloth will be fast black and I don't have a lot of them. With the regular mop I could rinse multiple times and change the water for the best result. Here was deep cleaning, usually I do good just with the steam mop.
Just checking back in to give an update - I received my steamer today and just tried the mob function. I have to say I’m a little bit on the fence about it! It doesn’t pick up all the dirt, but moves it around and pushes it into the corners, it seems. Tomorrow I’ll try cleaning the grouts, so we shall see how that goes.
Thanks for asking. The manufacturer recommended to use only distilled water, no adding anything. i use simply tap water, and if necessary I spray an all purpose cleaner to the surface, in kitchen I use kitchen degreaser to empower the device 😁
Well, it really depends, because you can regular the steam outcome. I always use at max, it's damp for me. But still I don't like to use it at laminate, as it leaves streaks 😕
Theres no guarantee but If you pretreat with a degreaser the steamer could help to release the burnt on stuff. I also like to use a cleaning blade for the stove. This combo is for the win 😁
You are welcome! I like to use it regularly, because this way it's doing better job. But this is not the thing i can't live without. 🤣 And actually I prefer it for mopping 😉
Hello. I want to ask, how long does it take for the mop to cool down after use, so I can refill it again and start using it. Cause I doubt I will wash floors in the whole house in one tank in 11 minutes. Thanks
Hi Monika, you are right, the tank is too small, for my big kitchen one sometimes is not enough. But honestly I do not wait for it to cool down. I only switch it off and refill right away. 🤷♀️🤣
@@Allaloves Thank you very much, for your answer and quick response. I was thinking it might work that way. And great video, thanks to it I'm thinking about buying this mop. If I may ask one more question, can I use this mop on laminate floor on the minimum setting of the steam? And how do you decalcify the mop? Thank yoy
Usually Its not recommended to use steam mop with laminate, i know, but I also have dark greyish laminate in living room, it has been good so far but it leaves sometimes water marks . Perhaps because I never bother to switch to lower steam 🤪🤣 but you will have to test it somehow carefully. In our old house I was cleaning wirh steam kitchen cabinets door, perfect result. Here I tried in kitchen too but it started to bubble, though the surface looked the same. So always test first!! 😲😢 all homes are different it's hard to say for sure, sorry 😞
As for decalcifying I never did. Water is super good in Finland I never had to. I use water from tap, but you could also use water from your tumble dryer , if available. If I have to decalcify I would take white vinegar 1:1 with water and just run it through, windows open. Happy cleaning Monika, and thank you for asking 😊
