Hi there! I got a similar code on my Honda but it's P0451... When idling my car jumps in Rpms a little then settles back down, and then repeats about once every minute.. Is this the fix for my problem as well?
I have this on my 1999 Chevy express van, Yet No check engine light. I've done a complete tune up, minus the oil, plugs wires, cap, mass air flow sensor. Runs fine, except for.this issue. Even replaced the gas cap.
Fuel tank pressure sensor is actually a vapor vent sensor in Chrysler products. Found along the fuel filler neck now a days and not on top of the gas tank. You can get either a P0452 or a P0441 code if the sensor is giving faulty readings( P0441) or becomes open circuit(P0452).
My 2010 Ford escape XLT, one will putter (as of it's trying to turn over) on cold starts for a couple seconds then fire up. Could be spark plugs? Also, the fuel economy cannot be as bad as what we're getting. We have begun to feel a lag in the engine while driving on highway it's very abrupt then driving resumes normally but it's definitely noticeable.. the vehicle has 115k miles one owner.. there are 0 codes being produced.. it's very odd. Oh and our steering wheel column is loose and if given a little force will pull out the entire wheel and column towards driver displaying the insides. How can I tighten down that column I've never seen or heard of this happening thank you I know it's a lot but thought I'd ask

Could this code make my truck shut off when my fuel is below half tank. Maybe cause it to have a miss??

I replaced both the fuel cap and the fuel pressure sensor and stop I get both codes coming back. Any idea??
