Hand Gesture Recognition using Mediapipe Library in Pycharm

This tutorial tells you how to use Mediapipe in Pycharm to recognize hand gestures. The hand gesture is used to control the Arduino-based 7 Segment. In this environment, i use Pycharm 3.9.
In the project, firstly we have to add and install Mediapipe 10.9 and Opencv-python 4.9.0.80 in Python Interpreter.
