Theory:Mr stitchy is controlling markus, he has no infected eye, just the eye of insolence, also when pony hits markus, markus hits him back, no other bot has ever done that!
He IS infected. Remember Mother from the Station Chapter? She has no pupils, only dark soulless eyes. This is happening again with Markus, except that he has the Insolence Eye. But that doesn't counts an infected pupil. He's just being controlled by an Entity.

Pony can not get hit when pony never gets close to the piggy. If you have an alt on for piggy, and that alt doesn’t chase you and then just don’t get close to piggy. Then pony won’t get hit.
