We should start saying that Tibet is an integral part of India. Why out of nowhere, we gifted Tibet to China?? That's the problem of our 90% problems with China.
Tibet is an independent country, and we never gifted tibet to China , because we can only gift something which is ours , tibet was never ours, I really doubt your education upbringing.

USA diplomatically opposed this, but we rendered our full support. This is gifting for me. And Tibet was a free country because our leaders were stupid. Historically Tibet was a part of India. Many Indian dynasties ruled over Tibet. Not only that, Tibet has same culture and traditions as that of Bharat, i.e., Budhhism. So yes we gifted Tibet, doesn't matter at that point of time Tibet was directly under our administration or not, but we had our full control over the then so called Tibetan Govt. For e.g. Bhutan is an independent country, but it's Govt. is totally loyal for India. Now if China annexes it, and if we support that annexation, then I will definitely say that India gifted Bhutan to the Chinese.
