You can craft that scope by 5x nightvision stuff
Or you can buy it for around 2 to 3 mill on bm

The people you try to save might not accept the join team. I might save people but i will pick. Betrayal sucks man.
Personally, I check their items first. I only take valuable items and then revive them.
