The engineering they went into the shape of the head (in particular the back of the head where it’s like they cut more out) to achieve the amount of articulation for the head I hope a lot of companies implement that into their sculpts. Great review D

I have the Venom / Knull 2 pack version and I love the comic accurate paint scheme (hate the feat) Really looking forward to mixing in SHF Carnage when it gets released cause he should be as tall or taller than their Venom which means he will fit in perfectly with my Spiderman display.

I was surprised by how blue it is when I got it. I’d seen it on display, but never noticed. In your video, it looks blueish, in real life it’s even bluer, but in your photos it looks black. Same happens to mine when I used a camera versus a phone camera.
Most website include the lenght of the tentacle in the height of the figure, but in reality he will be like 1 cm (0,4 ") taller than venom without tentacles. In the movie he does appear a lil bit taller than venom.
After playing with this figure for a week nonstop I think the only issue I have with it is that the paint rubs on certain contact points. But other than that its still solid and tight which helps with poses lasting.
I'm gonna pick up my SHfiguarts Venom around this week. Based on the images and some videos I've seen, this figure seems really good. My minor complaint though is that I wish it had more alternate hands like one where it looks like Venom would be choking or holding his opponent. Also that one pair of his hands kinda look a bit more like relaxed hands to me instead of clawing hands.

The only thing wrong with it is that Sony should have just said “screw it” and given him the spider iconography even without having Spider-Man in the movie to tie it to.

The quality is not worth $100 more. I'd say it's worth $80 at the most. Even that's steep. $60 absolutely. But $130?? I can't even morally justify to myself spending that much money on a toy. I could never recommend this figure as $130 value over the ML at $30.

Damn Carnage is gonna be fucking huge, he's taller than venom on LTBC by a good size which is crazy since Carnage isn't known to tower over Venom

Im impress, i was worried he was going to be tiny, but he is basically the size of the legends with better articulation and accessories.
Now that we have a figuarts venom and now a carnage I think all we need now is riot and we have a set! Great video btw keep it up!
