- I Almost Didn't Make It... Hiking Active Volcano La Soufrière Guadeloupe. So many obstacles to this adventure. Soufrière, is an active volcano on the French island of Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe. It is the highest mountain peak in the Lesser Antilles, rising 1,467 m high.

In case you wanted to know, we didn't film going down but took us 1 hr and 20 mins vs 1:45 going up.
Yep... faster going down. We did not film the journey going down, but we have a few clips that we will show in upcoming Guadeloupe movie.

I’m confused to why she remained in the car while the tow truck was attempting to pull the car out of the ditch.
The tow truck driver is inexperienced. He asked her to go in the car... crazy I know.
