That’s an absolutely gorgeous work of art 😍 and I look forward to seeing more on this and previous builds.

Thanks TallGuy :) I might be doing a "cruising around talking" video this weekend - Hope the weather is nice.

Thanks for that, it is the Toyota Magnetic Grey 1G3. I picked it because its my daily driver, when I pick up stone chips its easier to find a pen to do the touch up.

Sure thing, do you want the actual building of the dash or the electronic setup?

Love the spare wheel on the boot and other different style choices, i bet there's a bunch of people out there that let you know how much they don't like them though hehehe

Thanks Chux, yeah, if I had an OG Cooper S or something like that - or if I had the coin to have one parked up in a trailer somewhere, I would probably keep one original. For me the spare on the back was because of the audio setup I built year ago and then decided to keep it. I just love cars and how varied they are, like a work of art, they won't all appeal to everyone :)

Wow...nice car. I'm most impressed with your wife, she is indeed a legend!

Thanks James. I'm also impressed with my wife ;) It was bright yellow 2k as well so not easy to get off. I set it up on a rotisserie, and she would drag it out a weekend, wire wheel until she was getting pins and needles in her hands and then roll it away :) while looking after the three kids...
