B&K CB Radio Bench Test Equipment - Setup and Operation

B&K designed a set of bench equipment for testing and repairing Citizen Band radios in the 70s and 80s. I've checkout each piece individually and now it's time to try them all together.

Try putting a couple of decoupling caps across the power input to the radio to get rid of switching noise and or ac hum?

I loke using the old 5 mhz scopes as station equipment. I got an Eico 5” scope setup with a sweep generator to do audio and IF alignment using the scope for the waveform monitor.

Pretty much all you need for cb, I would love to have both 2 main B and K units, only other piece of test equiptment you may need is a Spectrum analyser and Sinad meter.

The radio you have hooked up to the tester has 5 w audio output and you're trying to use it at .1
