Rework station blower is working nicely, but de-solder gun (suction) is not working. Vacum led is not turning ON, i have replace all filter and nosal of gun. There is no jam at all in glass chamber of suction gun, i am also watch your video no.650. but problem is not solved, kindly create full detailed video to find fault in suction. yes brother in this induction cooker the temperature, vapors, humidity, dust, rust causes corrosion on its weak metallic plates. and it is routine failure in microwave oven, and machines
yes you are right in some conditions, the internal carbons, dust make more corrosions so it is not long lasting technique, it is best to replace these push buttons
Hi Haseeb, i wanted to ask u about one thing, i wanted to modify my smps(24V, 6A) to get voltage 0-24V, but tl431 doesnt allow it(2.5v-37v). Its possible to change that tl431 to something else to get that result? All the videos on youtube are only about getting higher voltages, but i dont really want to do it, because i dont need. I could use it as "lab power supply". One more thing: Its possible to make current limiter for smps?
Is there any method to replace to control panel with a knob(potentiometer) and control it like a fan.... because the push buttons and control panel keeps malfunctioning again and again.. please help

tacktile always fails. the bad things is not only failing, being in series, one break any key after failed key become mute. sometimes you should do check them in series or simply although you find a failed key but keep going until locating the last key and see if they get any voltage.

Hello yes it is a fairly recurrent problem the charcoal contacts and does not let the information pass
exactly perfect. the carbon deposits, corrosion, dust, rust and oxides make poor connectivity and signal is suppressed
Could u plz give a lecture for a similar fault behaviour where z buttons are not physical switches but are touch screen types.

no. as these buttons are connected to panel IC, which interprets into serial signal for main MCU
