Totally impressed by your zero waste efforts especially the energy that’s brilliant
The offcuts could go to crafts people or schools perhaps ?
It’s time to call on our governments to ban cheap furniture that actually doesn’t fit together because so many do not line up correctly
The masses of packaging is a nightmare for single people to deal with in apartment living after buying new furniture
I’m enjoying mid century furniture recycled
Much has got multiple purpose it was affordable and flooded the market back in the day so it is relatively affordable now
This old furniture looks as if it’s got another 50 years of life and we now decorate with much more space around our pieces so now they take center focus
So much can be done and it’s a celebration to
Those who made the wicker chairs and tables and bed heads etc
And the Hong Kong wood carvers are now getting appreciated at least in my home
Zero waste to landfill NYC 2030 terrific
    The Return of the Rattan
    Less is more
