I'm so happy I can finally tell them apart most of the times..they now look a little bit different..apart from the height.. Ava's voice is a little higher than Alexis', and one of Ava's lateral incisors is a bit in front, and Alexis' teeth is not like that....and....... there's a little difference in their jaw and nose
