We all know side effects can cause difficulty in breathing. You'll love the vacuum sealer. Foods even stay fresher. I love a good beef stew. We all have variations to what our little secret addition may be. For me its red wine. If you've not used it try to give it a go. The cabernet sauvignon is the wine I use. Ash, happy to hear that Jade and her boyfriend are OK. It’s still a traumatic experience to go through. I’m a little concerned about you though. You need to take a break and get some well needed rest. Remember that you’ve been sick so your immune system is compromised which leaves you so susceptible to other things. I love the video today. I like that Pilates bar. I’ll be 74 in July and I am in great shape, but need to work on my upper body strength. I also like the butter dish but I think I would get one of those big tubs of country crock and put it in there instead of butter. Get some rest and get better soon please. Love you.

Ash, I feel better now than I did when I was 40. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and went on a diet where you cut out most carbs and sugar. I lost 30 lb and have a perfect A1C of 5.6 and no longer diabetic 2. I can't believe how cutting out most carbs and sugar has made me feel so energetic and young again. Even the doctor said that I look 55. I hope you get feeling 100% soon. I got a rebounder for Christmas from my kids and bouncing is such great exercise. I can still do everything I did when I was younger with no aches or pains. I trekked four and a half miles through the rainforest of Puerto Vallarta last year. The trail was 18 stories high. Not bad for an old lady. LMAO

Sounds like what I got back in 2015 and still suffering from. Deep down pain in the bones and joints and felt like I had the flu to begin with. Only takes a blood test to find out.
No thank goodness! Just and it lasted about 6 hours till I took the meds again then came back so I just stopped! Felt like what you’re saying though! It was horrible never felt anything like it. I couldn’t close my hands

COstco, has 1 lb packages of butter. You buy 4 1 1b packages for a much reduce price. Use one pound package and freeze the rest. I love mine.

Do you have a rash around the bottoms of your legs(splotchy looking?) if so get checked for Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick Fever.
Sounds like what I got back in 2015 and still suffering from. Deep down pain in the bones and joints and felt like I had the flu to begin with. Only takes a blood test to find out.
No thank goodness! Just and it lasted about 6 hours till I took the meds again then came back so I just stopped! Felt like what you’re saying though! It was horrible never felt anything like it. I couldn’t close my hands
@@ashtensbeauty that's good to hear, just remember if the pain in your joints continues, it's something you can have checked, it takes awhile for the rash to show up and it only takes one infected tick. It's something the Drs don't normally consider or ✅ for.
