Hope you guys like this recipe! It's best used as a hand /body cream, although it can be used as a rich face cream (pine can be irritating to some people so use caution if you have sensitive skin and avoid using around the eyes) 🌲🌲🌲
A+! Thanks for these lovely vintage ideas packaged as little works of art!
Looks luxurious, but I'm not really crafty so I'll just send this video to people with a hint that I want this for Christmas.
Hold the phone.
I mix up oil and wax concoctions but never thought about mixing in water to make a cream!!! Is this emulsification at its finest?!
Lucky Mama!!
@spirals 73 For makeup removing I use coconut oil. Either liquid or solid(which gets melty in hot months). Afterwards I have to cleanse the oil off. Then apply my oil concoction at bedtime
There are removers that include some baby shampoo.
But I don’t think I would use a remover with wax. I think of wax as helping the oils to adhere to the skin.
Let me know what you figure out
Your nails are so pretty!
Very nice.
👏👏👍👍
Mica can be really unethically produced (we're talking major human rights violations) so ethically sourced mica is definitely best.
Pine on the face. Never heard of that. I do make my own lotions and potions though. Thank you.
Some people find it a bit irritating but it's supposed to be good for acne and other skin issues (sort of like tea tree oil).
I love the idea of a holiday cold cream!
Follow her coloring directions people. I had to learn the hard way. 😳
This was so inspiring!
Doesn’t this eventually separate without an emulsifier? I’ve never had any luck with just beeswax formulations
Mine typically have very little, if any, separation over time. I do keep them in a room which a consistent temperature though (i.e. not a bathroom with a shower), which I think helps.
hope your mom isn’t watching your videos! 😂
Haha, no worries. My mom has no idea how to work RUclips and has never watched any of my videos, so I figure I'm safe!
